Good plan

I’d say that happiness is self-evolvment and making your dreams come true. Making dreams come true can be easy. What do you need?

  1. Motivation
  2. Determination
  3. Good plan
  4. Persistance
  5. Time management

If you are highly motivated to reach your goal and will combine it with a determination to succeed, a good plan broke down to small steps, and you will be persistent with those steps, there is no way you wouldn’t succeed. But to make it all work and not to stress about your plan you need good time management as well. What do I do? When I have a new idea/new project to work on I take a piece of paper and break it down to small steps. I write all of the steps down and then i’ll mark them one by one in my calendar. It is crucial to take one step at a time and to only focus on 1 part. Otherwise you’ll be stressing out about the whole project and how far you still have got to go. Don’t think about the end line. Think about that 1 step. When you make a good plan all you need to do is take a look in your calendar in the morning and see what one small step you had planned for today and do that. For example, if you want to get a job you’ve been dreaming of, you should start with  your resume. Make it step 1 to make sure it’s good, that you’ve got your strong skills featured. Then you should make a reserach about that certain company. See what they do, what they need, who do they need. Later on you could try networking. If you live close to their office you can go there during lunch time and maybe talk to someone as he/she is leaving for break. Another great way to network is LinkedIn. It’s a great platform where you can easily see who works where. After getting your resume ready, having your research and networking done you should write an email to the company with specific information that they want to hear (that’s why research what they need is very important). If you managed to get to know somebody from that company ask him/her if they can recommend you to the boss. After that call the office. Meet with somebody there. Etc. Etc. Just one step at a time.

If your goal is to lose 10kg try writing down how will you change your diet day by day (you should do it with a dietician though), what new excercises will you do to burn fat, to get more cardio. Etc. Etc.

I’m not gonna write down each scenario for you now, I just want to show you what you need to do. Make a plan. The more steps the better. Then just focus on it and be persistant.

You will probably think „Come on Pola, it’s not that easy”. Well it’s not gonna happen overnight, it probably won’t happen in a month. Some goals will need more steps and some less. But before you tell me it doesn’t work, juts try it out and see it for yourself. Maybe you’re wrong.
