I think food is a big part of self-love 😋😅 not only eating delicious stuff makes your mood bettet but I find whole process of preparing a dish relaxing. You go into kitchen, turn your mind off and start creating something delicious out of seperate things 😍 It always find this whole process amazing how we take some seperate ingredients and when we mix them together we receive something amazing 🤤 Don’t you agree?
So today as a part of self-love not only eat something you love but create it yourself. Go into kitchen and get creative. Maybe you’ll think of some new dish? Or try some new recipe?

And it’s not only about love relationships, it’s important to make any kind of relationship work – a friendship, a relation you have with your daughter, mom, neighbour, coworker. Anybody.
We are ALL different. And nobody sits in your head, nobody reads your mind, believe me 😉. So when you don’t like something, when you need help with something you need to COMMUNICATE.
Plenty woman (I used to be one of them) think that if they send „signals” to their partner he’ll know what she needs/means 😅 That if she says something between the lines about a movie she’d like to watch or talk about her friend’s new cosmetics he’ll instantly get the idea to take you to cinema to see that movie and he’ll buy those cosmetics for you 😅 No, this doesn’t work with men.
Men and women work totally differently and so do our minds! You need to be loud and clear 😉
It works like that with everybody. If you’re angry with your boss because he/she gives you so much work tell him/her politely (!) that you’re swamped and ask if he/she can maybe get one of your co-workers to help you, to divide some big task between 2-3 people, not just 1 🤷🏼♀️
If you’re frustrated with your friend because he keeps inviting you to places you don’t like or wants to do something you’re not fan of – tell him. He simply might not know that you don’t like it! I’m sure he doesn’t do it to make you angry, he’s just anaware of your negative feelings. Why? Because you’ve never told him that you e.g. don’t like bowling or eating at that Thai restaurant. 😉
LET HIM KNOW.
We all need to talk more. Say what we think out loud. Don’t keep your thought or feelings to yourself. But remember, if it’s something negative think how to communicate it to your friend to not hurt his feelings 🙏. We should always be sincere and if you don’t like something you should say it but do it gently.

Turn tv off, turn social media off (apart from @smileysociety of course 😉😂), stop listening to news and just relax.
What’s happening out there, is happening out there 🤷🏼♀️ and as it doesn’t concern you as long as you are at home 🏡.
Look at it as extra time at home to read a book you’ve always wanted to read, to watch a movie or tv shows everybody is telling you about 🎬, to take up some new hobby like decoupage or playing guitar 🎸, do yoga 🧘🏼♀️, do home fitness 💪 or do coloring like me 😁
I find it sooo relaxing 😍
What do you do these days?
I’ve been watching „Maleficent” recently (you know the movie? 🎬) and a thougth occured to me – are people originally good 😇or bad 😈? Or maybe neutral? When a person is born is he/she good and then becomes bad? Or is it bad straight away because of its fate or origin? 🤷🏼♀️
In the movie „Maleficent” (I know it’s a movie but still…got me thinking 🤷🏼♀️) it is shown that the fae played by Angelina Jolie was good and of pure heart ❤until she had that heart broken and been betrayed 💔. Kind of same story with „Joker” (have you seen it? Sooo good! 😍) – Arthur Fleck (played by Joaquin Phoenix) was a normal guy, bit of introvert but of good heart, he took care of his mother and wanted to become a famous comedian. But then it all changed. He had his heart broken by all this evil in the world and became Joker, a villain. 😈
I think we are all good in the beginning but sometimes things go wrong and people become cynical, they don’t trust people and in the end they become bad 😞. There are so many stories and examples of e.g. rapers who do what they do because they’ve been hurt in their childhood 💔. Evil experiences/memories bring evil actions 😩.
But we must not let it ❗. We need to fight with evil 👊. And whenever something bad happens, we need to stay good 🙏. As the Bible says: “Do Not Be Overcome by Evil, but Overcome Evil With Good.” 🤗
When something bad happens do not look for vengeance 🚫. Stay good, be good. This is the only way to fight evil. 👊
When our mayor Paweł Adamowicz was killed last year 💔 this is what his wife kept telling us, this is what our whole city kept repeating – to fight evil with good, to stay united 🤝.
And that is the best way to do, believe me.
Just be good. 🙏
I believe there are more good people than bad ones in this world and we need to keep it this way 🙏
Love yourself. ❤
You won’t achieve much if you don’t start with your inner peace and inner love 🙏.
You won’t get people to love you and to compliment you until you love yourself, until you’re confident 💪
You won’t get people to accept you until you accept you.
Whatever you do, start with yourself.
Whatever you want to change, change yourself and your thinking first.
Can a salesman sell a product if he doesn’t believe it works?
Can a motivational speaker motivate others if he/she isn’t motivated himself/heself?
Can an actor do a difficult role and act well if he doesn’t believe he is good enough? 🤷🏼♀️
It all starts with this one person believing in himself/herself, in loving himself/herself.
And so you need to believe in yourself and love yourself.
Once you have that you can find true love, you can pull an audience, command the crowds, you can be admired by many… you can do anything! 💪

Do you travel? Is it just pleasure to you or something more?
For me travelling is so much more. It is pleasure and chill from work obviously but when I travel I feel free 🤗. I forget about all my problems back home, I forget about my „to do” list, I stop worrying, stop planning, I am trully free just enjoying here & now 🙏.
This is why I have „Travelling sets me free’ tattooed on my arm 😉
Setting all the chill and pleasure aside, I still think travelling has so much more to offer. What? Knowledge. Openness. Distance. Courage. Respect. Oh and more and more and more! 🙏
Thanks to travelling I not only learn geography, history of places I visit or about local cuisine but I also learn about different cultures. I learn about different people. 🙏
Thanks to travelling, or actually thanks to the time I’ve been in living in London in years 2013-2014 among many different people of different natonalities, different races, I got more open. I started learning about different cultures, different religions, different habits. I learned that what may be obscue and totally weird for me, for my culture, may be totally normal for other. We are all people but we are all different. And that is beautiful. ❤
Thanks to travelling I gained even more respect towards different cultures, different natonalities, different races. Sadly many people in my country are homophobic, xenophobic or even racists 😡. Me? Totally not. For me you can be afro-american gay Jew and I still will have respect for you 😘. Because this is what it is (or should be) about – respect. 🤝 We should all respect each other and as long as you won’t be rude or unfriendly to me I will respect you and be friendly to you. That is my rule.
Travelling teaches a lot, not only about places but mainly about the people and the fact that we are all different and that it is ok.

One of the main and easiest ways to happiness is being GRATEFUL.
Are you grateful for what you have? If you’re thinking „what do I have to be grateful for?!” you’re probably one of those people who have lots but don’t appreciate it. You don’t have to be a millionaire or have a perfect life to be grateful. People tend to think that they don’t have anything to be grateful because they’re not rich or because they have some problems. ALL people have problems. Poor ones and rich ones. ⚠️
But the key is to appreciate what you have.
Are you healthy?
Do you have a place to live?
Do you have food in your fridge? Do you have family?
Do you have friends?
Do you have both legs?
Are you able to see, hear, talk? There are so many things /aspects that we need to be grateful for yet most of us take those things for granted.
People keep thinking that it is an absurd to be grateful that we see or have both legs. That it is a given. Well sadly not for everyone. Imagine not having that. I am grateful I am healthy, able to see, hear and walk everyday! ❤❤❤ The truth is, there are many people who lost their legs, are blind, deaf or very sick but still can appreciate life and be happy and those are the people we should follow and learn from them! 💪
Do you have both parents? I know this may not be as simple as the 1st question in the age of divorces but even if you have only one parent you are still more lucky than all those poor children living in shelter houses.
Did you have dinner today? So simple right? Yet still, if you have, you are still more lucky than millions of people in the world who starve to death.
You have PLENTY OF THINGS TO BE GRATEFUL FOR! You just need to learn to see them. 👀
You can do an easy exercise – write down what are you grateful for on a piece of paper and put it in a jar. Keep doing it for next 30 days. You’ll see how many things you have to be grateful for! + when you’ll have a bad day you can read them all and it will make you feel better. 😊
