Morning routine

Do you have your own morning routine? 🤔 Healthy morning routine is one of the things that all successful people have in common 😉.
:::
Plenty celebrities or people of business who’ve reached their goals revealed their secrets that they wake up very early (some of them at 4-5 a.m.) and they always start their day in the same way 😊 – they meditate 🧘🏼‍♀️, they write in their journals ✒, they eat something healthy 🥑, set their affirmations etc. 🤗
:::
Why is it so successful? 🤨 Because depending on your mindset you start your day with, the day can go either so-so or great 😉!
:::
If you set your mindset right, get into positive thinking and start your day with a smile on your face 🙂 you really can achieve more! Thanks to this positive energy you’ll be less stressed and less willing to get annoyed quickly 😉, you’ll be more creative and e.g. when you face a problem you’ll look at it in a different way and will find solution for it quicker 😎, you’ll have more energy to actually work and push your boundaries and so much more! 😀

:::
And what is your morning routine? 🤗 I always start my day with ‘to-do list’ check 🧐 – seeing step by step what needs to be done that day, I drink warm lemon juice with honey 🍋 and get to work 💪! But I gotta admit that I do get up pretty late on weekends 😜 and would love to work on that this year 😅.

2020 sum up + my idea for Smiley Society in January

Happy New Year folks!!! ❤❤❤
I needed a couple days of break but I am back! 👊🏻
Here’s a little 2020 sum up and my idea for January at @smileysociety
:::
I hope you had great New Years’s Eve and that even though 2020 has been tough for all of us you can remember couple good things about it and focus on that 🙏
:::
For me positive things about 2020 are:
🌞 I got to work from home that I dreamed of for such a long time 😅
🌞 I bought a camera and got back to taking more pictures, I learned how to edit them better or how to do some ‘tricks’ in Photoshop
🌞 I started working on my 2nd novel
🌞 I grew @smileysociety and got plenty new faces here 😊
:::
Now it’s time for new plans, new dreams and as January usually is a month of new beginnings, new projects and some changes I want to bring you as much motivation as possible!
So starting on Monday there will be:
➡️1-2 inspirational stories per week to show you some stories of people who have succeeded
➡️ motivational excercises in our Smiley Future series on Tuesdays
➡️ healthy recipes on Insta stories for those who start a diet and want to lose weight
➡️ and more!
:::
As for 2021 I have BIG plans for this year. I want to write 2nd novel, do a special ebook (more on that in couple months), go back to University and study psychology and possibly change job. Plus I’m turning 30 this year 😅 so there will be plenty celebrations and a big trip in October 😁
:::
And how about you? What positive happened to you in 2020? And what are your plans for 2021?

How to be productive

There are plenty different tips on how to be productive, some will work on you and some won’t so you need to test them all and see what’s effective on you! 😊
:::
This is what works for me
🔸️ Planning
➡️ First of all when I set my goal I visualise me succeeding to be even more pumped/motivated 🤩
➡️ I write down a list of steps I need to take to reach my goal. The more you break your goal into smaller steps the better.
➡️ I open my calendar and assign each step to some date. 1 step a day (or even a week if those are bigger steps) should be enough.
:::
Once I have my goal divided into smaller steps and each step planned for a specific date/period of time I know what and when I have to do 🤓. Focus on that step only, don’t think what comes next.
:::
🔸️Taking the steps
I work on my projects/goals after my regular work so those are my advices for people who have goals outside their work life/career (or want to make those goals their new career 😉)
➡️ Don’t take long breaks and don’t get too comfortable, you’ll lose whole will to work 😅
The hardest part is to start so once I finish regular job, I eat dinner and go straight to my projects. („I’ll rest, see 1 episode of my favourite show and I’ll get to work” almost never works 😅). I try to stay „pumped” after work to do more and more.
➡️ If you do need a break between work and projects go for a walk or, even better, workout! Physical activity will boost your mind and release endorphins so you’ll feel better and will be pumped to work! 😁
➡️ Tick off every little thing you’ve done from your ‘TO DO’ list. Even if it’s a really small thing that took you 1 minute – tick it off ✔ the more ticks you’ll get the better you’ll feel
➡️ If you haven’t managed to do everything from your ‘TO DO’ list just open your calendar, assign a new date for the steps that you’ve got left 📅
➡️ Once again go throught the list of things you did manage to do, you’ll see how productive you’ve been! 🤗
➡️ Have a well-deserved rest 😊

Dream BIG!

Dream BIG! And believe me, sky is not the limit! 😉
:::
Unless you want to be taller/shorter/younger (which sadly is impossible to get 🤷🏼‍♀️) or a sibling of someone special (I wanted to be Britney Spears’ sister when I was little 😂😅) ANYTHING is possible! 💪
:::
With good plan, hard work and persistance you can achieve A LOT! 🤩
:::
There are SO MANY examples of people who dreamed big, worked for it and got what they wanted! 😍 It is so incredible for me e.g. how @adamlambert was a huge Queen fan and now he sings for them 🎙! Or how @aidanrgallagher was a big My Chemical Romance fan and now start in a tv show based on MCR’s frontman comics („Umbrella Academy” ☂️). Or how my mentor @chodakowskaewa used to work at a gas station washing car windows and now she is a celebrity and a multi millionaire…💰💰💰
:::
The list goes on and on and on, just have a look at my Inspirational Stories section! 😉
:::
Are those people some extraordinary humans? 🤔 No!
Is their day longer and they have more time to follow their dreams? 🧐 No!
Were they given something that you don’t have? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Maybe. But you may have something they don’t 😉
:::
The only thing that makes them stand out and got them to where they are today is that they believed in their dream, believed in themselves and worked hard for it! 💪
:::
I wanted to have my book published, it took lots of effort, required lots of patience 😅 but after 7 years I made it happen last year and now it may even become a movie! 🤩
:::
Believe me, good plan + hard work + persistance + patience = success! 😎
:::
So tell me, what are your dreams? 😁 Maybe we’ll figure out some good plan for you how you may achieve it! 🤗

What is success to you?

What is success to you? 🤔 What does being successful really mean? 🤔 Is it having lots of money? 💰 Being smart? 🧠 Looking good? 😎
:::
I’m gonna break something to you and you might feel bad but you need to be aware of that 😉: there’s always gonna be someone more beautiful 😎,  someone smarter 🧠 and, unless you’re Jeff Bezos, someone richer 💰. But that doesn’t mean you can’t be successful!
:::
Being successful isn’t being THE BEST. It’s being better than average. Being successul is being better than you were a month ago 💪. That’s a success!
:::
The best and the only scale you should be comparing your current self isn’t to other people because this might have the opposite effect, it’s comparing your current self to your past self! 😉
:::
As long as there’s progress there and a positive difference you’re successful! 😊
:::
This is healthy competition and both easiest and hardest to have! But if you’re progressing, if you’re going forward this is success!
:::
Do you agree?

Setting your goals

When following dreams one of most important things is to set your goals right. Goals set right will help you UNDERSTAND the path you need to walk through more, it will be easier for you to PLAN your next steps, it will be easier for you to CONTROL if it’s going good, there will be LESS PRESSURE and it will be easier for you to BE PERSISTANT 😊
:::
Goals need to set with a SMART method 🤓. That’s right, SMART:
:::
S – Specific – Provide enough detail so that you know exactly what you should be doing. For example, stop setting goals such as „I need to lose 10kg in 3 months”. Make it more „I need to start eating more vegetables and workout 4 times a week” 🥦💪. This is more doable, you have more control over it (as you know exactly what you need to do) and there’s less pressure. Try sticking to it and just wait for results. Same with e.g. growing here on ig. Instead of setting a goal like „I need to get 1k new followers in a month” try „I need to post daily, take more colorful photos and interact with other users more”. Just do it and wait for the results 😉
:::
M – Measurable – A measurable goal has an outcome that can be assessed as a hit or miss ✔❌. So e.g. you can easily check whether you worked out 4 times this week or posted everyday.
:::
A – Achievable – An achievable goal has an outcome that is realistic given your current situation. Make sure you actually have the time 🕰 to workout 4 times a week or post daily. Don’t set such goal if you know you won’t make it.
:::
R – Realistic – Start small. If you set your goal too high („I need to lose 10kg in a month” or „I need to gain 10k followers in a month”) there’s too big pressure and you will give up quickly if you won’t see results you’d want 🤔
:::
T – Time Bound – Set a timeframe for the goal: „in three months”, „by six months”. Setting an end point for the goal gives you a clear target to achieve 🏁
:::
Now that you know how to set your goal right let me know what are your goals!
Mine are: eat healthy + workout 3-4 times a week, post 5 times a week + take more colorful photos and read at least 60 pages a week 😊

Following dreams

Are you following your dreams?
🔸️
What does have to happen to make you start going for it?
Are you waiting for the right time?
There never will be. There’s always going to be something on the way, some obstacle but you need to overcome it and just get to work 💪
🔸️
Are you waiting for something to change so you can start? Stop waiting. Don’t wait for some change, be that change ❗ The world and your life don’t change on their own, you have the power to change them.
🔸️
Are you waiting for a sign from the Universe that you should get to work? There you have it. I am giving you that sign. 💫
🔸️
Stop waiting.
Stop creating excuses. ⚠️
You’ll always find a reason not to do it but that’s not the point.
Just get up and start following your dreams.
You can do it. 💪

Don’t give up

Why do people give up⁉️
Is it because they are not good enough? Because they are not capable of achieving the goal?
❗NO❗
You are good enough and you CAN achieve the goal! 💯
🔅
When it comes to setting goals and following dreams people tend to be very impatient and want results right away. They give up because they haven’t reached their goal in a week or a month. Not that fast! „Rome wasn’t built in a day”, they say. Be patient and keep going! Don’t give up! 🙏
🔅
Also, when going after a dream people tend to look ahead. They keep looking how much road they have left to reach the finish line 🏁 instead of looking back once in a while and appreciating how far they’ve come already! Do it! Look back! ⏮
🔅
When e.g. you are trying to lose 10kg and after a month you’ve got still 7 more kg to lose, don’t give up! It means you’ve lost 3kg! Congratulate yourself and keep going! (Also, it is not possible to lose 10kg in a month in a healthy way 😉).
🔅
OR you’re trying to build a popular blog or an account here on ig and after couple months you’ve got only 20% of what you wanted. Don’t give up! Keep pushing! And look what you’ve got already! I, for example, thought Smiley Society will be way bigger after 6 months (has it been that long already?! 😅) but I’ve got 1800 of you here and when I try to imagine 1800 in a room and me talking to them…that’s a lot of people! 😅
🔅
Do you see what I mean? When going after a dream don’t just look forward and look out for the finish line. Look back and see if you can see START. You have passed it which means you are making progres! 📈
🔅
You’ll get where you want, you just need to be persistent and patient!
I believe in you! 🙏💫
