“Kiss Me” Sugar Lip Scrub 👄
This recipe is a classic! A little honey combined with sugar and almond oil is all you need to moisturize and slough off dead skin. All you need is:
2 teaspoons sugar 🍚
1 teaspoon honey 🍯
1 teaspoon almond oil / coconut oil 🥥/ olive oil
Mix everything together in a small bowl until you have a paste. Apply to lips with fingertips and massage into your lips to gently slough off dry, dead skin cells 😍. You’ll be tempted to eat the mixture – it tastes pretty darn good 😅! Rinse with warm water and follow with lip balm. Keep any extra in a small container 😊

I think food is a big part of self-love 😋😅 not only eating delicious stuff makes your mood bettet but I find whole process of preparing a dish relaxing. You go into kitchen, turn your mind off and start creating something delicious out of seperate things 😍 It always find this whole process amazing how we take some seperate ingredients and when we mix them together we receive something amazing 🤤 Don’t you agree?
So today as a part of self-love not only eat something you love but create it yourself. Go into kitchen and get creative. Maybe you’ll think of some new dish? Or try some new recipe?
Self love is about taking care of our emotions, feeling but it’s also about taking care of our needs, right? Well my need is to get back to travelling ASAP. After all if not coronavirus I would’ve been in Norway now 😫
So I decided to….travel at home! 😁
For last couple of days I’ve been creating sets of various countries/cultures at home and taking pictures so…welcome to our journey around the world!
Join me on Instagram as for next 2-3 weeks we’ll be travelling around the globe. Every picture will be from different country! 😉😊 You can guess what country it is in comments or wait for next parts of the collage on my feed for the answer.
Maybe we can travel together? We could do #SmileyTravelling hashtag and you can all tag your photos! Either a photo (taken at home!) with some symbols of your country or a country you’d like to visit. If you’d be intetested I may think of some prize for the winner 😉
Next stop: somewhere in Europe
When: Sunday! 😊
Do you run a diary? I personally don’t but sometimes I just need to take a piece of paper and write all of my thought/feelings/problems down.
Try doing the same! Sit down in a quiet place, put some chill music on, light a candle, close your eyes, open your mind and start writing ✒.
You will feel so much better and so much lighter afterwards! 😊
SELF-LOVE 🙏❤ Are you ready for another recipe for home-made natural cosmetic?
Let’s make rose water! 🌹
Rose water is a cosmetic that is crucial in everyday make-up removal process. It is a perfect natural tonic that you can spray your face with after cleaning it 🧖♀️.
If you combine it with glycerine it will work as setting spray – it will improve your make up, make it last longer and will reduce the feeling of powderiness.
If you use it as tonic it will make your skin calm and will bring its pH balance 🤗
Rose water is perfect for delicate skin, allergic skin…it will work on any skin really! 😉
🔹️250-300ml distilled water
🔹️rose patels (out of 3 big uncoloured roses) 🌹
🔹️10-20 drops of rose essential oil (optional)
1. Wash petals, put them in a pot and pour distilled water over it
2. Heat the water – it should be hot but it shouldn’t boil!
3. Turn stove off, cover the pot and set it aside to cool
4. Strain the brewing, pour it into a small bottle (spray one would be best), optional add essential oil.
To make the rose water last longer keep it in a fridge (for up to 2 months). Enjoy! 😘🌹
How old are you?
Do you still have your inner child in you? 🤪
Today think of your favourite game/activity you used to do when you were a kid/teenager.
Drop all that adult life and have some fun! 🤗
Maybe cook yourself a meal your Mom used to make for you when you were little? 😋
Play some old tunes you used to listen to when you were a child! 🎶
Today just be reckless and have some fun!
I’m sure you have some game that you used to love in your childhood. Maybe monopoly? Or Crash Bandicoot on Playstation? 😁
I love to play The Sims from time to time 🙈 (very rarely 😂😅).
What’s gonna be your fun activity?

While we all are struggling with those weird and difficult times lets dive into the past 😍
Take your photo album, pour yourself a tea/wine/drink and soak into memories. Maybe call a friend that you’ve been in a trip with and talk about it together? Laugh about your wild adventures and funny stories! 🤗
Try to relive those beautiful days!
Maybe dig deeper and find your childhood photos? Call your siblings or parents and relive it together! 😊💕
Memories are forever 🙏

1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth paste (you can use blender for it or simply a fork)
2. Apply the mask on your hair’s whole lenght, up from skin till its ends. Do a gentle head massage.
3. Keep it on for 20-40min then rinse it, wash your hair and if you feel like it apply a conditioner as usual.
