Lion’s breath is an energizing yoga breathing practice that is said to relieve tension in your chest and face.
To do this:
🔸️Come into a comfortable seated position
🔸️Press your palms against your knees with your fingers spread wide
🔸️Inhale deeply through your nose and open your eyes wide
🔸️At the same time, open your mouth wide and stick out your tongue, bringing the tip down toward your chin
🔸️Contract the muscles at the front of your throat as you exhale out through your mouth by making a long “ha” sound
🔸️You can turn your gaze to look at the space between your eyebrows or the tip of your nose
🔸️Do this breath 2 to 3 times
➡️ Humming bee breath (bhramari)
The unique sensation of this yoga breathing practice helps to create instant calm and is especially soothing around your forehead. Some people use humming bee breath to relieve frustration, anxiety, and anger. Of course, you’ll want to practice it in a place where you are free to make a humming sound.
To do this:
🔸️ Choose a comfortable seated position
🔸️ Close your eyes and relax your face
🔸️ Place your first fingers on the tragus cartilage that partially covers your ear canal
🔸️ Inhale, and as you exhale gently press your fingers into the cartilage
🔸️ Keeping your mouth closed, make a loud humming sound
Continue for as long as is comfortable.

Have you experienced it? I gotta say that I am feeling sleepy/powerless and can’t get a good sleep lately 🤷♀️.
How can we fix/avoid that? 🤔
➡️ Stay physically active! 💪 Go for walks 🚶♀️, bike rides 🚴♂️, jogging – try spending as much time outside as possible. This way you expand capacity of your lungs and get your breath deeper 🤗. You also boost release of endorphins – happy hormones and lower release of stress hormones – cortisol 🤩.
➡️ Make sure you sleep well 🛌 – sleep 7-8h, try making a routine and go to sleep same time every night. If you have time – take 15-20min naps during the day too, they are proved to be very healthy! ☺️ Remember to relax in the evening, avoid blue light (no phone in bed!), make yourself a tea ☕️, have a bath 🛀 and/or light a scented candle
➡️ Remember about vitamins! 🔆 Supply your organism with as many vitamins as possible and do it in a natural way (no pills 💊) – drink smoothies and/or fresh squeezed juices – mix fresh fruit 🍒 and vegetables 🥕 but also mix various vitamins (e.g. vitamin C that you’ll get from parsley, kiwi 🥝 or lemon 🍋; vitamin E present in nuts 🥜 or olive oil; vitamin A from kale, spinach 🍃 or carrot; magnesium from banana 🍌, dates or avocado 🥑)
➡️ Last but not least: drink water! 💧 Make sure to drink 2-2,5 l of water (fresh water, juices, tea etc. don’t count 😉). Drink regularly throughout the day (e.g. 1 glass every hour)

Homemade Rose Petal Face Mask For Glowing Skin (no, that’s not the mask on my face on the photo 😅)
🔸️a few rose petals, washed 🥀
🔸️2 tbsp of milk 🥛
🔸️2 tbsp of oats powder
🔸️1 tbsp of honey (optional) 🍯
➡️ Step 1: Add rose petals to the milk and make a paste (Yes! the color would be purple and not pink if you do it right).
➡️ Step 2: Add the powdered oats to this mixture.
➡️ Step 3: If you are using honey, then add it at this moment.
Your homemade face mask is ready ☺️.
➡️ Step 4: Apply it on your face and neck and keep it for 20 minutes. Wait till it dries off completely, then wash it off with warm water in a circular motion.
➡️ Step 5: Soak a cotton ball in cold water and dab it on your face lightly and feel your skin.

Winter is finally behind us and it’s time for Spring showers and sunshine 🤩. If the cold winter months have left you skin feeling dry and dull, you’re not alone.
Papaya Skin-Brightening Face Mask 🤩
This is a very simple face mask meant to bring a natural glow back to your complexion. You’ll get rid of those dead, dry skin cells thanks to the natural exfoliator in the Papaya, leaving your skin bright and beautiful 🥰. Not only does honey help bind this all together, it will also soothe your skin.
What You Need:
🔸️ ½ cup of mashed papaya
🔸️ 1 teaspoon of honey 🍯
🔸️ 1 whipped egg white 🥚
Make the Mask:
➡️ Separate your egg white and whisk it until it has a soft whipped texture.
➡️ Cut and mash your papaya. If you have food processor, this step is super simple! If not, just cut up the papaya and mash it by hand with a potato masher or sturdy fork.
➡️ Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Use the Mask:
Make sure your face is clean. You don’t need to scrub, just a good rinse with warm water and pat it dry with a towel. Then carefully apply the mask with your fingers, making sure to avoid the area around your eyes 😊.
Sit back and relax and let the mask sit for 10-15 minutes. Practice a little mindfulness or meditation while you let the mask sit 🧘♀️. When the time is up, wash the mask off with warm water and scrub your face well to really exfoliate.
That’s it! Your skin will have a bright glow almost instantly! 🤗

Woman can perfectly do couple tasks at once – working 💻, cooking 🥘, doing homework 📝, cleaning 🧹, shopping 🛍. And if she won’t manage to do something she resigns from her needs in favour of her closes ones – her hobby, rest, sleep, self-care 😔.
What would a Polish woman spend 1000 PLN if she’d be given those as a gift? 🤩 For house renovation 😳. 72% of women say “My house reflects me”. That’s not true! It reflects everybody that lives there.
