SELF-LOVE 🙏❤ Seven Types of Self-Care Activities for Coping with Stress 🤯 ::: Self-care has to become a habit so that when we’re dealing with stress, we know what to do. ::: ➡️ Sensory When you feel stressed and need a calm mind, try focusing on the sensations around you—sights, smells, sounds, tastes, touch. 🔸️Breathe in fresh air 🔸️Snuggle under a cozy blanket 🔸️Take a hot shower / bath 🔸️ Get a massage 🔸️ Pay attention to your breathing ::: ➡️ Pleasure A great way to take care of yourself when you’re coping with stress is to engage in a pleasurable activity 🔸️Take yourself out to eat 🔸️Be a tourist in your own city 🔸️Garden 🔸️Watch a movie 🔸️ Do a craft project ::: ➡️ Mental You can also give yourself a boost by doing a task that you’ve been avoiding or challenging your brain in a novel way. This can also boost self-confidence. 🔸️ Clean out a junk drawer or a closet 🔸️ Try a new activity 🔸️ Immerse yourself in a crossword puzzle 🔸️ Do a word search ::: ➡️ Spiritual Getting in touch with your values is a sure way to cope with stress and foster a calm mind. 🔸️ Pray 🔸️ Read poetry or inspiring quotes 🔸️ Light a candle 🔸️ Meditate ::: ➡️ Emotional Dealing with our emotions can be challenging when we’re coping with stress. We tend to label emotions as “good” or “bad,” but this isn’t helpful. Instead: 🔸️ Accept your feelings. They’re all OK. Really 🔸️ Write your feelings down. 🔸️ Cry when you need to ::: ➡️ Physical Coping with stress by engaging the body is great because you can bypass a lot of unhelpful mental chatter. 🔸️ Try yoga 🔸️ Go for a walk or a run 🔸️ Take a nap 🔸️ Stretch ::: ➡️ Social Connecting with others is an important part of self-care. 🔸️ Go on a lunch date with a good friend 🔸️ Calling a friend on the phone 🔸️ Participating in a book club 🔸️ Joining a support group ::: Which one is your favourite way to take care of yourself? Continuing the subject of appreciating little things (I wrote about it last Thursday) 🙏 ::: I’ll never forget when I was on holidays in Turkey with my parents when I was 14 years old. We went to the beach, 🏝 my Dad took our camera 📸 to the shore and started taking pictures of me in the water. A bigger wave came in and splashed the camera (and my Dad). As it was very salty our camera obviously stopped working. My dad was furious 🤬. My mom texted my aunt (her sister) that our camera broke down and my aunt replied (she’s a doctor, a pediatritia👩⚕️): “Camera is just a material thing. Today I got a little girl as a patient who lost her leg. That’s a real tragedy.”… ::: That hit me hard 😔. But it taught me a lesson, probably biggest lesson of my life – to appreciate REALLY important, abstractive things like health, love, family, friendship, not things 🙏. We learned today that sadly it is not given and granted for everyone even if you have a good life. #prayforukraine
Do you appreciate the little things around you? Like the color of the sky, the smell of some flowers or the taste of some dish? 🤔 ::: This is a key to happiness for me. You NEED TO be happy about the little things. If you’d be happy only on big occasions like you wedding day, moving in to your new home, getting a promotion, seeing your kid graduate etc you’d be what…happy couple days during your lifetime? 😬 That’s just sad. ::: You NEED TO appreciate the little things. Why? It makes you a happy person! You’re happy throughout your life, not just on those special days! + Those things you may see as granted are not always given and not to all. ::: For example, not all days are sunny so appreciate a sunny day and be happy about it! 😉 Also, you may take such things as having a roof over your head, not being hungry or having 2 legs are something granted…well, it’s not granted for all. ::: There’s plenty people who don’t have a roof over their had, who walk around feeling hungry all the time and who don’t have 2 legs, 2 hands or are blind. Those people would LOVE TO switch places with you so appreciate what you’ve got! 😚

Which one is your favourite? 😊
Love yourself! 🙏❤ When looking for a husband/wife we tend to think ‘if I’m supposed to spend rest of my life with one person I need to find somebody that I really love’. 🤔 But you know what? There’s one person that you definitely need to and will spend the rest of your life with. Yourself 😉. ::: We NEED TO love ourself cause we’re ‘stuck’ with ourself 😜 we need to accept the kind of person we are, we need to like, respect and love ourselves! 🙏❤ ::: Don’t like something about yourself? If you can – change it (e.g. try to lose weight if you think you’re too fat, learn something if you think you lack some skills) but if you can’t change it you NEED TO accept it 😉 I, for example, am too tall 😜 (I’m taller than my husband) but there’s nothing I can do about it 🤷♀️ so I just accepted it. It’s just who I am 😊. Please love yourself 😊❤
SELF-LOVE 🙏❤ I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – the way you start your day has HUGE impact on the rest of your day! ⚠️ And it’s all up to you! If you wake up thinking „Ugh, it’s gonna be a tough day 😑” it is gonna be in fact a tough day 😉. If you get up from bed thinking how much you don’t feel like doing anything it will stay this way 😪 – you won’t feel like doing anything 🤷♀️. If you start the day with negative mindset the day won’t magically turn into a positive one 😉! ::: And so if you want to practice self-love/self-care throughout the day you need to start the day with the right mindset 😉! ➡️ 1. Think positive thought – something positive (can be small!) about the upcoming day 🤗 ::: ➡️ 2. Don’t think what you „HAVE TO” do that day. Think of it as an opportunity, as something you ‘GET TO’ do 😃 ::: ➡️ 3. Write down positive affirmations for the day like „I can do it”, „I am enough”, „I am beautiful” etc 💪 ::: ➡️ 4. Take care of your body – have a good nurtitous breakfast, take vitamins and stretch a bit 😋 ::: ➡️ 5. Do something fun – dance to your favourite song 🎵, be goofy with your partner/kids 🤪 or anything else that will boost your energy and bring a smile on your face ☺️. And now go conquer the world!
Let’s turn off your inner critic! 😃 Tell me, when you look at yourself in the mirror do you see your advantages or your flaws first? 🤔 Don’t worry, we tend to listen to our inner critic and to focus on negativities, that’s normal because we inherited from our earliest evolutionary survival needs. But we can work on that and turn it into self-compassion! 🤗 ::: Kristin Neff, PhD, the world’s leading researcher of self-compassion, identifies 3 elements of self-compassion: ➡️ 1. Mindful awareness 🧐 Noticing the inner critic is the first step so if are aware of it and you see it as something negative and unfavourable to you, you’re on the good path to eliminate it 😊! Go easy and always be kind to yourself so if you notice that negative voice now and that you’ve been bad to yourself – don’t freak out! 😉 Don’t get angry with yourself for being angry with yourself 😜, don’t judge and don’t blame yourself. Just go slow, close that chapter and work on that change. ::: ➡️ 2. Practice kindness🙏 Talk to yourself as if you were talking to a friend (after all, you are your friend! ☺). At The Center for Compassionate Leadership one of favorite practices to strengthen your self-kindness is called “Note to a Dear Friend” ✉ Whenever you face a problem practice this: „Write a note as if you were comforting a loved one or a dear friend who was facing the same difficult situation you. Add two words to the top of the note: “Dear [your name].” Read the note out loud to yourself with loving kindness.” 😊 Read more here: https://www.centerforcompassionateleadership.org/blog/compassionate-leadership-practice-series-note-to-a-dear-friend-a-self-compassion-exercise (I’ll post the link in stories) ::: ➡️ 3. Recognize That You Aren’t Alone 😘 It is very important to remember that you’re not alone in all this! We all have inner critics we fight with! Everyone faces challenges and makes mistakes. Everyone has bad days 🤗 ::: Self-compassion is a skill that gets better and better the more you practice it. So start small and keep moving forward!
What is really self-love/self-care? 🤔 People use to think that self-care is just taking care of our body (and I may have pushed that thinking by sharing recipes for homemade cosmetics as self-love series and not talking about other ways of self-caring 😬). ::: Self-care is not only taking care of your body and/or skincare. Self-care is also taking care…of our mind! Of our soul, of our self-cofindence, of feeling present, feeling important & needed. For me, self-love is putting yourself first! 😎 ::: Self-love is standing up to somebody who expects something from you that you don’t want and saying ‘no’ 🚫 ::: Self-love is putting your needs first and not going to a party with your friends simply because you feel like staying home and having some me-time 💅. ::: Self-love is suddenly taking a day off because you don’t feel well 🤧 even though your boss and/or co-workers count on you (which I did yesterday 😉). ::: Self-love is not only putting your needs first but also feeling good about doing it! You’re doing it for yourself, you’re taking care of yourself, of your mental health, be proud! 😊 ::: So, do you practice other forms of self-care rather than just taking care of your body? Can you give an example of a situation when you put your needs first? 😊
SELF LOVE RECIPE! ❤🧖♀️ Time to take care of our hair and prepare a homemade hair conditioner! ::: Avocado 🥑 is rich in vitamin E which helps moisturise your hair and make it thicker. SELF-LOVE 🙏❤ In winter our lips often get dry so it’s important to do lip scrubs from time to time! 😊 Today lets make honey & cinnamon scrub! 😀 You’ll need: 🔸️ 1/4 cup brown sugar (you can use regular sugar here or even salt but brown sugar is tastier!) 🔸️1 Tbsp. coconut oil (this can be substituted with any sort of oil such as almond, olive, etc.) 🔸️1 Tbsp. raw unfiltered honey (that pretend honey just won’t do) 🔸️1 tsp. cinnamon powder (you can even do ginger powder, nutmeg, or cloves.) … ::: ➡️ Combine ingredients in a small bowl using a wooden spoon, mix everything well. ➡️ Transfer to a small glass jar with a lid. ➡️ To use: Rub a small amount onto your lips in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes. ➡️ Rinse (or you could just lick it off if you really wanted too…😃) off with a wet washcloth and feel the difference!… Source: https://hybridrastamama.com

It feels HEAVENLY! 😍 So refreshing-you can just feel the puffiness disappearing! If you are using the Carrot Seed oil be very careful-if it gets in your eyes it will burn 😬. If the oil gets in your eyes, rinse out your eye with cool water immediately. Source: https://thepaleomama.com
All Natural Homemade Bronzer Recipe 🧖♀️ ::: Ingredients: 🔸️ 1 Tbs. cinnamon powder 🔸️ 1 tsp cocoa powder 🔸️ 1 tsp nutmeg powder 🔸️ 2 tsp arrowroot powder 🔸️ 15 drops lavender or rosemary essential oil *If you prefer a loose powder, leave out the essential oils. ::: Directions: ➡️ 1. Place the powder in a clean, empty compact and pack it in firmly. ::: A few tips on the color: Cinnamon provides glow 💫. Cocoa gives depth and darkness 🖤 . Nutmeg will give a sun-kissed brown 🤩. Cornstarch spreads it all out and lightens it 🤗. Essential oil keeps it together and thickens it 💪. Source: http://www.thankyourbody.com
Homemade Natural Face Powder 🧖♀️ ::: Homemade natural face powder is the easiest makeup to make! Just three ingredients and suddenly you’ve made your own face powder for practically pennies! 😃 ::: ➡️ Arrowroot Powder This is the safer version of cornstarch. Not that cornstarch is horribly unsafe but it can pose allergy issues and is often made from GMO’s, thus I prefer to use arrowroot over cornstarch but the two are interchangeable. ➡️ Cocoa Powder Not only does cocoa powder act as the main coloring ingredient in this DIY but it’s also beneficial for your skin! 😃Cocoa powder contains antioxidants which helps heal and repair any skin damage. ➡️ Cinnamon This spice does provide a tiny bit of coloring but it is also helpful for acne. ::: Light Powder 🔸️ 2 Tbs. arrowroot powder 🔸️ 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder 🔸️ 1/4 tsp. cinnamon ::: Medium Powder 🔸️ 2 Tbs. arrowroot powder 🔸️ 1 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder 🔸️ 1/4 tsp. cinnamon ::: Dark Powder 🔸️ 2 Tbs. arrowroot powder 🔸️ 1 Tbs. cocoa powder 🔸️ 1/4 tsp. cinnamon ::: ➡️ Place ingredients into a bowl. ➡️ Mix well, use the back of a spoon to break up any cocoa powder clumps. ➡️ Start out with the shade closest to your skin tone but to get a perfect match you may need to add more cocoa powder or cinnamon. ➡️ Transfer to a clean jar or old compact container. ::: To use: Lightly apply to a makeup brush and apply as you would normally 😃. Go lightly however, as this is a loose powder and you do not need much. ::: Source: https://pistachioproject.com
Homemade pomegranate facial scrub ::: Pomegranates have been cultivated since ancient times, and science has found surprising benefits for this amazing fruit😊. Research shows that the seeds may slow aging, halt the spread of cancer and improve heart health. ::: What’s more, this tasty treat is low in calories 😉 (only around 105 for an average-sized fruit) in addition to being loaded with nutrients. High in vitamin C and potassium, the bright red fruit also boasts high levels of antioxidants. ::: And if you eat the seeds rather than drinking the tangy juice, you’ll have added fiber in your diet as well 😉 ::: Ingredients: 🔸️ 2-3 tablespoons of honey 🍯 🔸️ 1/2 cup crushed pomegranate seeds with the juice 🔸️ 1/2 cup white sugar ::: ➡️ Start by cutting open the fruit. Make a slit with a sharp knife and then pry the halves open. You can do this in the sink or in a bowl of water to prevent the deep dark red juice from splattering and potentially staining your clothes or counter 😉 ➡️ Once the fruit is open, start picking the seeds off. Again, you can do this while the fruit is submerged in a bowl of water. The seeds will sink and the white fleshy part floats making it easy to separate. ➡️ Pour the honey into a bowl and add the seeds. Crush the seeds with a wooden spoon. Add the sugar and stir. You can use more sugar if you want a thicker scrub. ::: You can either leave the crushed seeds in the scrub or remove them after you’ve juice them. ::: Source: https://www.carolynshomework.com

It’s also great for making skin soft and smooth. ::: Coconut milk 🥥🥛 helps hydrate skin keeping it smooth and soft. Because of it’s amazing hydrating properties, it is wonderful on dry skin. ::: Ingredients: 1 tbs cocoa powder 🍫 1 tbs coffee grounds ☕ (fresh will give you the most caffeine benefits but used coffee grounds works fine too) 2-3 tbs coconut milk 🥥🥛 (use coconut milk.) ::: ➡️ Mix all ingredients together. ➡️ Once the face mask is thoroughly mixed, apply to a clean face. ➡️ Allow mask to remain on your face for 15-20 minutes 🧖♀️ ➡️ Carefully wash off face with warm water and washcloth. Nutmeg has anti-inflammatory properties and can actually help to reduce pore size and diminish acne spots and scars. Cinnamon acts natural exfoliant and antiseptic. SELF-LOVE 🙏❤ DIY Tension Relief Bath Bombs 🛀 ::: Make your own DIY bath bombs to wash away body and head tension in this easy step by step DIY beauty tutorial 😊. The scent combination of lavender oil and peppermint oil is both relaxing and invigorating 😍.Together, they’re the perfect combo for tired muscles and minds. ::: Supplies (for 3 bath bombs) 🔸️1 cup baking soda 🔸️½ cup citric acid 🔸️½ cup Epsom Salts 🔸️¾ cup cornstarch 🔸️2 tablespoons sweet almond oil 🔸️3 teaspoons witch hazel 🔸️1 teaspoon green mica powder 🔸️10 drops lavender essential oil 🔸️10 drops peppermint essential oil ::: Tools: 🔸️Bath bomb molds 🔸️Large mixing bowl 🔸️Small glass spray bottle with water ::: Instructions: ➡️ 1. Put all of your dry ingredients into your mixing bowl and mix until well combined, being careful to make sure no clumps remain. ➡️ 2.Pour the almond oil, essential oils and witch hazel into a small glass mixing bowl, then whisk until combined. Gently, pour the liquid mixture into the larger bowl with the dry ingredients. ➡️ 3.The mixture will start fizzing as soon as the liquid touches the dry ingredients. ➡️ 4.Mix with a fork (or your hands) until everything looks like it’s well combined and somewhat moist 😀. ➡️ 5.Prepare your bath bomb molds and use a spoon to fill the molds halfway. Using a silicone spatula, press the mixture into the molds firmly. ➡️ 6.Spray each mold with a small bit of water (one spray) and press down again to make sure they’re firm. Using too much water will cause the bombs to lose their fizz (and start growing out of control). If you don’t press down firmly enough, the bath bombs will not hold together. ➡️ 7.Divide the remaining mixture into the molds and again press down firmly. Spray the top with water and press down again. ➡️ 8.Close the molds, and allow them to sit on the counter for 24h to set before removing from molds. ::: Notes Due to the mica powder and almond oil, these bombs will leave your bath a bit slippery. So take caution when you’re getting out! ::: Source: https://www.happy-mothering.com

Anyone who makes you feel anything less than amazing doesn’t deserve to be a part of your life. If you get/havve a hater in social media – block him/her immediately. We don’t need that 🚫 🔸️ 12. Celebrate your wins no matter how big or small 😀. Pat yourself on the back and be proud of what you have achieved!
Starting today for next 5 self-love posts that I share on Thursdays we’re gonna go through 30 ways of practicing self-love and self-care 😊. Start loving yourself! That’s first step to being happy! ::: 1-6 ways of practicing self-love/self-care: 🔸️ 1. Write a love letter to yourself. Write down everything you like/love about yourself 😍 🔸️ 2. Learn when to stop and relax. We all live in crazy speed and that’s not healthy. Try to plan at least 1 day a week for regeneration when you have the time to think, to listen to music, to meditate or even to just lay down and do nothing 🤗. 🔸️ 3. Find time for your close ones. You can’t work all the time 😉. Take that 1 evening off and go out, meet with your friends, your family 🔸️ 4. Be active! Do you remember my post last week about happy hormones (if not, you should! It’s under a pink photo with a bubble gum 😉)? We’ve learned that working out and being physically active boosts production of endorphins 🤗 🔸️ 5. Learn to forgive yourself. IF you’ve made some mistake, even a big one, it’s already in the past, what is done is done. Try to draw conclusions and use it as experience of what not to do in the future 😘. But most importantly – don’t be angry with yourself! 🔸️6. Have good sleep 😴! It is highly important to function well! What can you do to sleep well? Don’t dring too much coffee or black tea, try not to stress that much and don’t work too much 😅

Blending spinach into a fruit smoothie is a great way to boost your immune system, as well as naturally energize you 🤗 ::: Most smoothies are made with just fruit and liquid, which is high in sugar and can cause inflammation. And it will boost your energy! ::: Ingredients: 🔸️fresh spinach 🔸️frozen pineapple 🔸️frozen mango 🔸️fresh banana ➡️Blend 1 cup of spinach (or another leafy greens of your choice) in a blender. SELF-LOVE 🙏❤ Have you seen those peel-off charcoal masks online? 🧖♀️ They’re fun to watch, but you don’t need to buy one 😉 You can make your own DIY Charcoal Peel-Off Mask with just 4 ingredients. ::: Servings: 1 use Ingredients 🔸️1 capsule activated charcoal (about 1/4 to 1/3 tsp) 🔸️1/4 tsp bentonite clay 🔸️1 tsp non-flavored gelatin 🔸️2 drops tea tree essential oil 🔸️2 tsp boiling hot water ::: Instructions ➡️ Remove make up and use a gentle cleanser to clean the face. Pat dry. ➡️ Open the activated charcoal capsule and add the contents to a small glass or ceramic bowl. Discard the empty capsule. ➡️ First, add bentonite clay and gelatin. You may need to wait longer depending on the thickness of the mask. You will feel a slight tingling sensation from the bentonite clay and tea tree oil, both help to remove impurities from the skin 😶 ::: Once the mask is dry, start on an edge (chin or forehead) and slowly peel off the mask until it’s completely gone. You can use a warm washcloth to remove any remaining mask on the face. ::: Apply a toner and then follow with a moisturizer to keep the skin nourished 😍 Source: https://dontmesswithmama.com/

Work on your dreams no matter what vs rest no matter what 🤔 ::: You need to listen to your body and rest when needed 🙏 I have been working too much + had too much stress in November and December and I still ‘feel it’ in my body 😫. Even though i’m not working that much now in January, I have finally lazy weekends and sleep well 🛌, I still feel tired and don’t have that energy to jump into spiral of work 🤷🏼♀️ and have been taking it slowly so far in the 1st half of January and that’s ok 😉. I’m still moving forward, just taking small steps. ::: Don’t push yourself if you don’t feel like it ⚠️. Don’t say “I’ll do it no matter what!” if you don’t want to do it ⚠️. It may seem contradictory to me pushing you to follow your dreams and to work on yourself but it’s not, you just have to find that balance ⚖. ::: If you’ll be pushing yourself and not feel like it not only your body will give up and you will feel tired all the time but you’ll drop that dream/project quickly as forcing yourself to work on it won’t make you happy 🤷🏼♀️. ::: Create a healthy, individual routine for yourself 😊. Try what works for you and what doesn’t. I work 8h at my full-time ‘normal’ job, then work 4-5h on my projects/dream and always need those 3-4h of rest in the evening when I watch Netflix with my husband 🤩, workout and/or play PS4 🕹. And as for weekends I work on my projects for couple hours on Saturdays (but not each Saturday) and always leave Sunday fully off to do nothing and let my body and mind rest 🤗. What works best for you?

I don’t feel bad rejecting some other plans if, e.g. a friend calls me on my day off to do something/party and I say “sorry, it’s me-time and I want and need to rest and spend some time by myself” 😉. SELF-LOVE 🙏❤ Olive oil make-up remover 🧖♀️ ::: Oil cleansing can be a total game changer for just about any skin type and condition 😉. Although it may seem counterintuitive to wash your face with oil, it’s actually brilliant. An oil cleanser dissolves excess oils on your skin, as well as makeup and sunblock—without any of the surfactants, harsh ingredients, or necessary preservatives in foaming cleansers. This means that your face gets a super-deep clean, without any “stripping,” or disruption of the skin’s natural microbiome 🤗 ::: After switching to oil cleansing you’ll notice clearer, softer & brighter skin 🤩 ::: If you’re wearing heavier makeup, start by removing that. This regular oil-cleansing routine is enough to remove light makeup, though 😊 ::: Step 1 Rinse face with warm water, then pat dry. ::: Step 2 Dispense a nickel- to quarter-size amount of oil into palm, spread over both hands, and apply to full face and neck ☺ ::: Step 3 Massage! Take a full minute to work the oil into your skin. This is an opportunity to give your face some love, dissolve some of the tension of the day, and tend to the deeper layers of your skin by increasing circulation of blood and lymph, as you deep clean your pores 😍 ::: Step 4 Warm washcloth removal. This step is key to oil cleansing working for you. Wring out your washcloth, drape it over your full face, and press the warmth into the skin. Next, remove all of the oil with the washcloth. This may require multiple passes. Be thorough but not rough. ::: What kind of oil best to use? The most common kitchen-cabinet recipe usually includes a mixture of castor oil and extra-virgin olive oil. A standard one-to-one ratio is a good starting point, but you can adjust as needed depending on your skin type 😊 🔸️Normal Skin: 1:1 ratio of castor oil to extra-virgin olive oil 🔸️Oily Skin: 3:1 ratio of castor oil to extra-virgin olive oil 🔸️Dry Skin: 1:3 ratio of castor oil to extra-virgin olive oil Source: http://www.mindbodygreen.com

Alright guys, time for new, and possibly the most important, weekly section in Smiley Society 😉 ::: You know how I divide my week into tasks and asign each day to one of my projects (yes, I love planning and being organized 🙈)? So e.g. every Monday I work on my blog and prepare all posts for the upcoming week, every Tuesday I do research for my 2nd book…etc etc. Thursdays used to be kind of „Others” section when I did some other stuff… Now it’s time to asign a permament thing for Thursdays and this is what my new section is going to be about – SELF-LOVE 🙏❤ ::: That’s right. I decided to plan couple hours of every Thursday to spend, well, with me! 😊 Either reading 📖, doing yoga 🧘🏼♀️(I plan to start practicing it), doing some home SPA or anything else that is relaxing. And I advice you to do the same! 😉 ::: We all need that time for ourselves, to get our thoughts together, to feel good in your own skin, to just relax and rest from everybody else. ::: You need to have some time for the relationship you have with yourself! 🤗 You can’t share love and love others until you love yourself, until you feel good with yourself! 😉 We all need Self-love. ::: So from now on, every Thursday, I’ll be sharing with you my ideas for those Self-Love days. Either recommending a good book for you to to read 📖, uploading a recipe for some good (but fit! 😉) food (let’s come back to Comfort Food section 🍪) or even showing you how to make some home-made cosmetics for your home natural SPA 🧖♀️. ::: What do you think? Are you with me? Do you like this idea? Let me know! 🤗 ::: And as for a task for today – pick a day in your week to have those Self-Love days. It doesn’t have to be Thursday like me. It can be during weekend too. Just pick it and mark it in your calendar 📆 for good. It’s not about a whole day, just 2-4h for yourself. ::: You can do it. You HAVE TO do it. If you think that you don’t have that much time for yourself….well…maybe it’s time to rearrange some things, to rearrange some prorities 😉. After all you’ll have that „me, myself & I” relationship your whole life. You need to make it work. You need to feel good in it. You need to love yourself 🙏❤
