🔸️ DIY Nail Strengthener Recipe
This recipe comes from Trabazini at The Spa at Monteverdi Tuscany with an add-in provided by Correa.

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 Tablespoons of lemon juice 🍋
1 Teaspoon of chopped garlic (optional add-in)

Instructions:
➡️ Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Soak your nails in the mixture for about 10 minutes.
➡️ You can add a teaspoon of chopped garlic to the recipe and make a paste.
➡️ Repeat two to three times per week.

🔸️ DIY Nail Strengthening Intensive Mask

2 Tablespoons of shea butter
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
2 drops of rose essential oil

Instructions:
➡️ Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Apply the mask on the hands and nails, massaging for a few seconds.
➡️ Then cover the hands with cotton gloves and leave on for 20 minutes.
➡️ Do the treatment once a week.

🔸️ DIY Cuticle Oil Recipe
This recipe comes from Pink who says, “Jojoba oil nourishes the skin, promotes nail growth, and helps repair the strength of the nail bed. Tea tree oil is an antiseptic and helps keep fungus at bay.”

Ingredients:
1/2 oz jojoba oil
1 to 2 drops tea tree oil

Instructions:
➡️ Pour the jojoba oil and tea tree oil into an ultraviolet glass pipette dropper bottle, swish together and seal the bottle.
➡️ In the evening just before bedtime, place one drop of oil onto each fingernail and toenail and massage into cuticles.

Winter is so bad for hair! 😖 They get weaker and weaker with every temperature change and constant putting a hat on and off makes them electrify and dry 💔

Try this homemade hair mask to repair them 🤗
➡️ 1. Almond & egg
🔸️1/4 cup almond oil
🔸️1 raw egg 🥚

Method
Combine the almond oil and egg until you get a smooth mixture. Optionally you can just whisk the egg and apply it to your hair 🤗

Section your hair and start applying the mixture to your scalp and through the length of your hair. 😊

Wait for 40 minutes and then rinse your hair as usual.

Use a good shampoo and conditioner, preferably one without sulfates.

Almond oil acts as an emollient.The egg repairs damage in the hair shaft with its high protein content. This is considered to be one of the best remedies for frizz ☺

You Will Need
🔸️ 1 pint of beer 🍺

Method
Decarbonate your beer by pouring it into a bowl. Let it sit overnight until it goes flat.
Wash your hair with shampoo and then pour the beer through your hair while massaging your scalp.
Rinse the beer out with cold water. 😊

Beer restores moisture and nourishes your hair 😀. It is also used as a cleansing rinse that removes build-up. This helps keep your cuticles healthy.

Mix the honey and yogurt in a bowl.

This Lemon Sugar Scrub 🍋 Recipe makes a great-smelling, rejuvenating sugar scrub that you can either use yourself 🧖‍♀️ or package in a pretty jar or mason jar to make a thoughtful and homemade gift 🎁.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Sugar 🍚
1/4 cup Coconut Oil 🥥
1 Lemon 🍋
Optional: A few drops of Lemon Essential Oil

➡️ Pour sugar into bowl.
➡️ Squeeze lemon juice and add to sugar
➡️ Mix in coconut oil (add more if you like a wet consistency).
➡️ Zest lemon and add to mixture (reserve a little to garnish top of scrub in jar).
➡️ Add your sugars to the jar.
➡️ Add a printable label to the front and maybe a ribbon to gift🎁

1 cup sugar 🍚
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup coconut oil or other carrier oil 🥥
¼ cup almond oil
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon allspice
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon nutmeg 🌰
Mason-style jar with lid

How to Make Gingerbread Sugar Scrub:
➡️ In a medium-sized bowl combine all ingredients except oils.
➡️ Gradually add coconut & almond oil until scrub reaches desired consistency (you may use more or less of stated amount).
➡️ Scoop Gingerbread Scrub into mason jar.

To Use: Gently apply a scoopful of scrub to wet skin in a circular motion, concentrating on dry patches and rough areas 🧖‍♀️. Rinse with warm water 💦

Pumpkin is moisturizing. The vitamin A it contains is great for your scalp, and it encourages hair growth.  Some people use cinnamon for dry brittle hair, to treat some forms of dandruff, and as a natural stimulant for hair growth 🤗.  Finally, the coconut oil adds a conditioning layer to your hair, infusing it with softness and moisturizing your scal 🤩 Try this quick and simple hair mask this fall.

Depending on what essential oils you have on hand, it can be any scent. Eucalyptus, orange, rosemary 😍

Ingredients:
🔸️ grapeseed oil 🍇
🔸️sugar 🍚

🔸️fresh lavender for wrapping
🔸️twine
🔸️label

Good ratio is 3:1, so depending on the size jar you are using you could use 1 cup sugar to 1/3 cup oil, 3 cups sugar to 1 cup oil.

➡️ 1. Go ahead and mix your oil and sugar in a bowl together, and stir thoroughly.
➡️ 2.Once it becomes a slushy consistency, add your drops of essential oil. For a small container best to use 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup oil, and about 8-10 drops of essential oil. You’ll know it’s the right amount when you mix it through and you can smell the fragrance nice and strong 😍
➡️ 3. Next take your fresh lavender and wrap twine around the bottom and then secure with a bow. You can label the top as well if you choose 🤗

You will Need:
2 tablespoons bath salt
2 teaspoons oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking soda
2-3 tablespoons water 💧

Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a paste.
Apply the paste to your feet and scrub for 10 minutes 😁
Wash and follow it up with a moisturizer 😍

How It Works
Oatmeal has a coarse texture, which makes it a great exfoliator. It also softens the skin on your feet and soothes minor rashes and itches. Combining it with bath salt and baking soda enhances its exfoliating effect 🤗
