DIY Hydrating Floral Honey Face Mask For Sensitive Skin 🧖♀️
🔸️3 Tablespoons Sunflower Oil
🔸️2 Tablespoons Raw Local Honey 🍯
🔸️1 tsp Rose Petals 🌹
🔸️1 tsp Helichrysum Flowers
➡️In a small bowl combine sunflower oil and raw local honey 🍯
➡️Microwave oil and honey together for 10-15 seconds just to gently warm the oil and honey.
➡️Next, finely crush the rose petals and helichrysum flowers using a mortar and pestle until they are finely broken down 😊. If you would prefer a finer powder for your mask you can opt to use a spice or coffee grinder to grind the flower petals.
➡️Add the crushed flowers to the honey and oil mixture and mix well.
➡️Spread an even layer of the mask over your face and neck and allow it to sit for as long as you would like, ideally leaving it on for a minimum of 20 minutes 🤩
➡️Remove the mask with warm water, gently moving your hands in small circles over the skin to gently exfoliate.
➡️Pat dry and enjoy your extra soft skin

🔸️1. Basic cucumber face mask 🧖♀️
This recipe may be a good option if you’re looking for a quick and easy way to refresh or rejuvenate your skin 🤗
➡️Blend or puree half an unpeeled cucumber 🥒 in a blender or food processor until it’s the consistency of a watery paste.
➡️Separate the juice from any solid bits by pouring the mixture through a strainer.
➡️Apply the cucumber juice to your freshly washed face. Let the mask sit on your skin for 15 minutes.
➡️Wash the mask off with cool or lukewarm water and pat your face dry with a soft cloth 😊
🔸️ 2. Cucumber, oatmeal, and honey face mask 🧖♀️
This recipe may be a good option for acne-prone skin. Together with cucumber’s astringent properties, oatmeal can help exfoliate and remove dead skin cells, while honey can work to balance the bacteria on your skin 🤗
➡️Blend or puree half an unpeeled cucumber in a blender or food processor until it’s the consistency of a watery paste.
➡️Separate the juice from any solid bits by pouring the mixture through a strainer.
➡️Add 1 tablespoon of oatmeal to the mixture. Stir the oatmeal and cucumber juice until smooth.
➡️Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the mixture and stir until well blended.
➡️Apply the mixture over your face and neck, and massage gently with your fingertips. Let the mask sit on your skin for 15 minutes.
➡️Rinse the mask off with lukewarm water. Pat your face dry with a soft cloth.
This Mask Is Great For:
🔸️ Toning tired skin
🔸️Aloe vera gel
🔸️Indian lilac (optional)
➡️For this recipe, you need to grind a handful of basil and a handful of lilac before mixing. If you can buy the leaves pre-ground, that would be great. The easiest way to do it yourself is to use a mortar and pestle. If you don’t have those tools, place the leaves on the palm of your hand, and press and rub with your thumb using twisting motions. This helps to release the essential oils inside the leaves.
➡️Place the ground leaves in a mixing bowl and a 1 tablespoon of water.
➡️Stir until the water is gone.
➡️Pour in 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel.
➡️Mix until the gel covers all the leaf matter.
How To Apply:
➡️Start by washing your face and neck with warm water and an oil-free cleanser to remove makeup and open pores.
➡️Spread the aloe vera gel, leaves and all, onto the skin of your face, neck, and décolleté.
➡️Let the mask dry for fifteen minutes. Keep an eye on your surroundings as the leaves may have a tendency to fall your face as the aloe dries.
➡️Rinse your face, first with lukewarm water, and then with cool water to tighten pores.
➡️Dry your skin with a soft towel 😀
🔸️1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
🔸️1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
🔸️2 Tbsp. Raw Honey 🍯
🔸️2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
🔸️1 Tbsp. Oil of your Choice
🔸️1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
➡️Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until it forms a smooth paste. If this is too thick for you, you can add more Greek yogurt 🤗
➡️Apply to clean hair. Evenly distribute through hair from roots to ends. Apply a plastic cap/ deep conditioning cap; let it sit in the hair for 30 min or sit under the dryer for 30-45 min 🤩
NOTE: The cocoa powder is very messy so wear an old t-shirt and make sure that you cover the floor with a bag or something 😉.
➡️Rinse Hair with cool water. Make sure the water is not “cold” but make sure it is between warm and cold, which is cool. Style hair as desired 🤩.

Winter is so bad for hair! 😖 They get weaker and weaker with every temperature change and constant putting a hat on and off makes them electrify and dry 💔
Try this homemade hair mask to repair them 🤗
➡️ 1. Almond & egg
🔸️1/4 cup almond oil
🔸️1 raw egg 🥚
Combine the almond oil and egg until you get a smooth mixture. Optionally you can just whisk the egg and apply it to your hair 🤗
Section your hair and start applying the mixture to your scalp and through the length of your hair. 😊
Wait for 40 minutes and then rinse your hair as usual.
Use a good shampoo and conditioner, preferably one without sulfates.
Almond oil acts as an emollient. The egg repairs damage in the hair shaft with its high protein content. This is considered to be one of the best remedies for frizz ☺
