How to easily change your mindset

Stop thinking „I have to” and start thinking „I can”. 💪
This is the easiest and most effective way to find what you should be grateful for 🤗
Instead of thinking „Damn, I have to go to work tomorrow 🙄” think „I can work! I didn’t lose job during coronavirus shutdown and I can keep on earning money 💪!”.
Instead of thinking „I have to make dinner, I so don’t feel like it 🙄” think „I can make dinner! I have all the ingredients in the fridge and I don’t have to walk around being hungry, I am so lucky 😋!”
Instead of thinking „I have to ride 300km to see my Mom, it’s so far away 🙄” think „I can still catch a train and go see her, not everyone is so lucky as so many people already lost their moms ❤”.
It’s not only about finding the reasons why you should be grateful but once you start thinking like that, once you start seeing your life as a list of opportunities and not tasks that you HAVE TO do you’ll feel more willing to do them! 😉
Words „have to” bring this pressure and tension, when you hear someone saying „you have to do this” you don’t feel like doing it at all 🤷🏼‍♀️, it works another way round.
„I can” attitude will make you feel more willing to actually do those things, you won’t feel that pressure and you’ll do those tasks with a smile on your face! 😊
Try it out!

Smiley Future – Step 24

Today I want you to think about your attitude towards making mistakes 🤔. Don’t deny it, we all make them 😉.
The question is – what do you do next with them 🤷🏼‍♀️? Do you think of yourself too negatively, too strictly, blame yourself 😞? Or maybe you can look at your mistakes as inseparable element of being human, learning, risking and trying new things 🤗?
Do you know how to treat your mistakes as valuable lesson, how to withdraw conclussion and move on? 😉
You’re probably wondering what does an attitude towards making mistakes has to do with strongwill 🧠? If you’re too strict to yourself because of mistakes or failures you’ll easily get into „everything or nothing” thinking (I told you about it in step 15). And this leads to giving up and letting the rest of the plan go 😞
Task for today is  to think about that and answer questions below:
* How do you treat your mistakes?
* What do you think of them?
* What do you feel then?

5 things you need to lose in 2020:

5 things you need to lose in 2020:

1. Bad attitude – believe me, bad attitude will only make things worse for you. It is scientifically proven that negative thoughts and being pesimistic brings bad attitude, makes you doubt more and believe in good things less 😟. The more negative we are the more chances there are that actually something bad happens. It is not magic of bringing bad aura above us or anything, it’s just how our brain works when we think of bad things and how it automatically lowers its self-esteem, its willing to work and/or be creative 🤷🏼‍♀️.

2. Bad companions – lose people that don’t believe in you, cut yourself off from people who talk about you behind your backs, lose contact with people who bring you down 🙄. It may sound harsh but you don’t need friends like this, believe me. Instead, find people who are creative as you, who believe in you and support you, who are there for you whenever you need them. Those are the people you need in your life 🤗

3. Anger – you need to deal with stress in a smart way, there’s no need to lose temper. Whenever something bad happens just take 3 deep breaths, sit down and break a problem into pieces – what actually happened, what has that situation changed for you, how does it affect you and what you can do to change it. Being angry and frustrated won’t do much 😉

4. Complaining – stop complaining and start doing! If you don’t like something about your life then do whatever you can to change it! And if it’s something that you don’t have an impact on then just accept it 😎

5. Fear of failure – stop thinking „what if I fail…”, „what if it doesn’t work out…” and change it to „what if it DOES work out…”! If you fail, you fail 🤷🏼‍♀️, you’ll stand up, dust yourself off, learn from your mistake and move on 🛣. Everybody fails from time to time but it shouldn’t stop you and it definitely shouldn’t scare you. If you fail you’ll still be 1 step ahead from those who didn’t do anything! 😉

With those basic rules your life will get so much easier and you’ll be so much happier!
Believe me! 😊

Getting up

YOU, not anybody else, decide in the morning what kind of a day it will be. 👊
It is you who wake up and set your mood on.👊
Stop thinking „od damn, I woke up in a bad mood”. Who turned it on for you? You did it. You have full control over your mood and stop thinking otherwise. 🚫
If you wake up feeling sad or tired just quickly think of some good things you have planned for that day. Try to learn to quickly find those things you can be excited about on that day. Maybe you have delicious dinner prepared? 😋 Or you’re meeting with your friend in the afternoon? 👬 Or it’s Friday and you’re so close to weekend? I get up excited even on Mondays as new week is always new challenges for me and I love that. 😉
Believe me, your first thoughts in the morning and the attitude you put yourself in will have HUGE ⚠️ impact on the rest of the day so choose it wisely.
Do you want to get up smilling and have a good day or do you want to start your day cranky and full of anger? It is YOUR CHOICE to make. 😉
