Are you fair to yourself? 🤔 Do you treat yourself well? 😉 Do you think of yourself in a nice way and understand your needs and problems? 🧐 Do you expect same results as others from yourself or are you over ambitious and tend to be critical of your achievements? 🙄
Imagine a situation: your friend calls and tells you that she failed at work and is afraid she’s gonna get fired 😰. What do you tell her? 🤔 You probably tell her not to worry, you try to assure her/him that she’s/he’s probably over dramatic and that it couldn’t have been that bad. You emphasise that she’s/he’s good at her/his job and that she/he won’t get fired 🤩
Now imagine same situation but you’re the one that failed at work 😉. What do you tell yourself? Do you blame yourself? 😶 Do you keep saying how bad you are? That you deserve getting fired? 😬 Do you tend to be overcritical to yourself? ☹
Is that what you would say to your friend? No! 🚫
Be a friend not only to others but to you as well! 🤗 Be supportive, understanding and loving ❤
How to challenge negative thoughts? 🤔
❌ „No one likes me.”
❌„It’s all my fault that she’s upset”
❌„I shouldn’t have made that mistake”
❌„I can’t do this”
❌„Why does this always happen to me?”
❌„Everyone is out to get me”.
✔„What is another possibility?”
✔„What would the people who care about me say?”
✔„What is the worst that could REALLY happen?”
✔„If my friend had this thought, what would I tell her?
✔„Can I be 100% sure this is true?”
✔„What is the best possible outcome?”
Remember, be a friend to yourself.
Be kind 😘
You’re not a robot. You’re a human, you make mistakes and that’s ok 😉

Nothing will happen, nothing will work, nothing will change for better, you won’t be happier, you won’t like yourself more, you won’t accept yourself if you’re doing it because of hatred to yourself 😞
If you’re doing it out of fake intension, because you need to prove something to somebody, out of punishment or any negative reason, it simply won’t work 🤷🏼♀️. You won’t achieve your inner peace, you won’t be happy and/or anxiety free.
First of all you need to understand that you don’t need to be the best, you don’t need to be the fastest, the smartest, the richest ⚠️. In fact, I’m gonna break it to you 😉 – there’s always going to be someone smarter, someone prettier and someone more successful than you, it’s just how it works 🤷🏼♀️
You need to understand that you don’t HAVE TO do anything. Your attitude will change SO MUCH when you change the thinking and instead of thinking „I HAVE TO”, you’ll start thinking „I CAN” 🤗
I can change 😎
I can follow my dreams 😍
I can work hard and reach my goals 🤩
I can be better 💪
You don’t have to be the best but try to be better each day, to grow, to self-develop ⬆️. But do all of that while being good to yourself. Don’t force yourself to anything, it won’t work. You should want to do it, desire it. Not feel like you NEED TO or HAVE TO do it.
Remember, it’s all about the attitude 😘

⚠️7 things you should drop in 2021:
➡️ Living in the past 🙄– cut off 2020 for good and forget about it! 😅
➡️ Need to please everyone around you 😓 – not everyone deserves your time and effort, focus more on yourself! 🤗
➡️ Fear of change 😱 – change is good! Everybody is scared of something new, something unknown but it is so worth to take the risk usually and change e.g. your job, school or even a partner! 😜 If you feel that it’s a good change but you’re scared of it, go for it! 💪 It might be scary at first but in some time you’ll be glad you did it! 😚
➡️ Overthinking and excessive analyzing everything 🤯 – just stop! ❌ Don’t worry about problems that aren’t here, don’t analyze a situation that hasn’t happened yet! Stop imagining future problems and just focus on here & now 🙏
➡️ Cancelling time and/or plans for yourself in favour of people who won’t appreciate it 🙄 – if you have plans to stay at home in the evening in pjs and spend some quality time with yourself that’s ok 🤗! Don’t feel about it and don’t change those plans because of somebody else ❌
➡️Belief that you don’t have a purpose 😞 – yes you do! Bigger than you may think! 😚
➡️ Pretending to be someone you’re not 🤡 – just be yourself! Being yourself is trendy 😉
After tough 2020 (but don’t think about it now, it’s done, gone, we’re not living in the past 😅) we all need a propper self-love time! 🙏❤ Let’s make a whole month of it or even a year! 🤗

You know the saying ‘What goes around comes around’? 🤔 I totally believe in it! 🤗 And it’s not only about Karma and receiving some good energy after you give it 💫, this rule works in every aspect of our lives 😉
In order to get good energy and get help from others you need to send good energy and help others as well 😊! I doubt that anybody would help a grumpy person that never helps anyone 🤷🏼♀️
But also in order to grow and to be better you need to give something too – work and time 😎. The more work and time you’ll put in something (in your passion, project, dream) the quicker and better it will get back to you ☺
There’s no shortcuts in it. You can’t expect to grow and to reach your dreams/goals if you’re not doing anything 🤷🏼♀️. You need to work to get results 💪
Even if something does not work out you still get a lesson, an experience – that’s also your results! 😊
Stop waiting for the world to change and go change the world! 💪🌍
Nothing will happen itself 🤷🏼♀️. You need to ‘help’ it make it happen! 😉
Today’s the last step of our intense (and uneasy!) work on sabotaging thoughts 💪
➡️Today’s task nr 1: Now appreciate yourself for all the hard work and congratulate yourself on your success 😎. Yes, success because just noticing the sabotaging thoughts is already a big part of the success! 😉
I realize that working on sabotaging thoughts lasts longer than a week or a month. Those last couple steps were only a stimulus and en encouragement to work! 💪 So remember: everytime you notice a sabotaging thought appreciate yourself with a smile and a good word! 🙏 Same thing when you choose a helpful reaction instead of being tempted! 🤗
If a sabotaging thought you ‘caught’ wasn’t pleasant, you got tense or upset, after recalling a helpful/supporting thought take couple deep breaths and relax your body 🧘🏼♀️
➡️ And now task nr 2: Create a system of awarding yourself (daily, weekly, monthly) for your hard work on sabotaging thoughts 🏆. You deserve it! 🤗
Write down some nice, supporting words to yourself appreciating your work 📝

I’ve been watching „Maleficent” recently (you know the movie? 🎬) and a thougth occured to me – are people originally good 😇or bad 😈? Or maybe neutral? When a person is born is he/she good and then becomes bad? Or is it bad straight away because of its fate or origin? 🤷🏼♀️
In the movie „Maleficent” (I know it’s a movie but still…got me thinking 🤷🏼♀️) it is shown that the fae played by Angelina Jolie was good and of pure heart ❤until she had that heart broken and been betrayed 💔. Kind of same story with „Joker” (have you seen it? Sooo good! 😍) – Arthur Fleck (played by Joaquin Phoenix) was a normal guy, bit of introvert but of good heart, he took care of his mother and wanted to become a famous comedian. But then it all changed. He had his heart broken by all this evil in the world and became Joker, a villain. 😈
I think we are all good in the beginning but sometimes things go wrong and people become cynical, they don’t trust people and in the end they become bad 😞. There are so many stories and examples of e.g. rapers who do what they do because they’ve been hurt in their childhood 💔. Evil experiences/memories bring evil actions 😩.
But we must not let it ❗. We need to fight with evil 👊. And whenever something bad happens, we need to stay good 🙏. As the Bible says: “Do Not Be Overcome by Evil, but Overcome Evil With Good.” 🤗
When something bad happens do not look for vengeance 🚫. Stay good, be good. This is the only way to fight evil. 👊
When our mayor Paweł Adamowicz was killed last year 💔 this is what his wife kept telling us, this is what our whole city kept repeating – to fight evil with good, to stay united 🤝.
And that is the best way to do, believe me.
Just be good. 🙏
I believe there are more good people than bad ones in this world and we need to keep it this way 🙏
