Healthy habits define your attitude, your mindset but, most importantly, they help you succeed! ๐Ÿ’ช
You probably think that you don’t have enough time in the day to start new things or to work on some new healthy habits but the truth is that plenty healthy habits that we should all have take only couple minutes a day yet can change a lot in a long period ๐Ÿค—.

Letโ€™s continue learning about gratitude ๐Ÿ™. Today I want you to try out this excercise that is great forย practicing self-love and crucial for people whoย work on their body or try to lose weight ๐Ÿ˜Š.
Question for today: what are your grateful for in your body? ๐Ÿค”
Sit down comfortably and bring your whole attention to gratitude towards your body.
If nothing comes to your mind hereโ€™s an example: feel grateful for your feet ๐Ÿ‘ฃ that carry you every day, for your legs thanks to which you can walk, run and dance ๐Ÿ’ƒ, for your stomach that digests, cleanses and nourishes ๐Ÿค—, for your back that carry you tall and proud ๐Ÿ˜Ž or let you safely curl up and hide when you need it, for your arms and hands ๐Ÿคฒ thanks to which you can work, hold, hug, pet. Feel grateful for your voice ๐Ÿ’ฌ thanks to which you can express your thoughts and feelings, sing, shout or laugh, for your eyes ๐Ÿ‘€ that let you see, for your ears ๐Ÿ‘‚ that let your hear, for nose ๐Ÿ‘ƒ and tongue ๐Ÿ‘… that can taste, that ease your appetite and ability to appreciate smells and flavours.
If you want, you can try out this excercise in a form of meditation or relaxation ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ โ€“ lay down in a comfortable position, close your eyes, let your body loose and think what are you grateful for in your body, thank it, thank yourself ๐Ÿค—
