How’s your self-isolation going?
Are you stuck in pjs and without make up for weeks now?
Today I want you to jump out of pyjamas and suit up! ๐Ÿ˜‰
Put on something nice, do your hair and make up and check yourself out in the mirror!
Maybe do some selfies? ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜…
Simply dress up just for you, maybe try some new hairstyle or new kind of make up?

Self-isolation time

How are you doing these days?
How are you spending self-quarantine time?
There is this worldwide pressure that you NEED TO do something practical during this time, you need to get some new skills, learn something new, bake home-made bread and get ABS ๐Ÿ™„
No, you donโ€™t ๐Ÿ˜‰
You CAN and it is GOOD IDEA but you donโ€™t HAVE TO โš ๏ธ
What you should do is stay calm and relaxed ๐Ÿ™
We are all different and we react to current situation in a different way.
If you never had time for your projects/dreams and now you do, if you feel calmย & relaxed during this time and you feel productive and want to do something while being at home then definitely use thise time and get to work ๐Ÿ’ช
If youโ€™re feeling stressed, if youโ€™re worrired about the future and canโ€™t stay focused then let it go ๐Ÿ˜˜ Postpone your plans and dreams for better times and now work on your mental health ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
Work on your inner peace instead ๐Ÿ™
Use this time toย do whatever makes you calm and happy ๐Ÿค— If working on dreams and being productive makes you happy (like me ๐Ÿ˜…) then yes, this time is great opportunity to get something done and walk out of quarantine with new skills and/or projects.
But if youโ€™re not one of those people then ignore this pressure to DO SOMETHING, donโ€™t read those posts that say โ€žYou never lacked time, you lacked disciplineโ€ ๐Ÿ™„ and read mine instead!ย ๐Ÿ˜‰
This is difficult time that we all need to get through and whatever each one of us does during this time itโ€™s his/her business ๐Ÿ˜‰

SELF-LOVE: Stay home

Turn tv off, turn social media off (apart from @smileysociety of course ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚), stop listening to news and just relax.
What’s happening out there, is happening out there ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ and as it doesn’t concern you as long as you are at home ๐Ÿก.
Look at it as extra time at home to read a book you’ve always wanted to read, to watch a movie or tv shows everybody is telling you about ๐ŸŽฌ, to take up some new hobby like decoupage or playing guitar ๐ŸŽธ, do yoga ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ, do home fitness ๐Ÿ’ช or do coloring like me ๐Ÿ˜
I find it sooo relaxing ๐Ÿ˜

SELF-LOVE: Read good book

Turn off your tv.
Turn off your radio.
Put your phone down and have a moment to yourself โค
Calm down.
Forget for a moment about the world out there, just let it be.
Get a blanket, make yourself some nice tea, light some nice candles, put on some calm relaxing music and soak into a good book.
This is your time.
I personally recommend “The Organized Mind” by Daniel Levitin.
It will show you how to organize your thoughts, how to deal with stress and get rid of chaos in your head ๐Ÿคฏ

Have you ever made your own cosmetic? Today I’m gonna tell you how to quickly prepare a home-made natural scrub.
All you need is:
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ1 glass of bown sugar
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ1/2 glass of coconut oil
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธgrapefruit peel
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธjuice squeezed out of fresh grapefruit
1. Mix coconut oil with sugar
2. Add grapefruit peel and juice
3. Gently mix everything

And that’s it!
Your 100% natural scrub is ready!
Now go use it (it will leave your skin a bit oily and sticky, just use lots of warm water to wash it off) and get some magazine or book for a chill evening! ๐Ÿ˜š

Bad days

We all have bad days from time to time. Dwayne Johnson, Elon Musk, J.K. Rowling or whoevere your mentor is, have them too. And thatโ€™s ok. ๐Ÿ‘
You donโ€™t have to shine everyday, youโ€™re not a Sun! ๐Ÿ˜‰
If youโ€™re feeling off, just take a day off. Have good sleep ๐Ÿ›Œ, meditate and calm yourself ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ, watch a good movie ๐ŸŽฌ and relax ๐Ÿ˜‡. Get yourself some new energy to get up the next day and get back on your track. ๐Ÿคฉ
The worst thing you can do on a day like this is to keep pushing even though you donโ€™t feel like it. Honestly. โš ๏ธ
Why? Because youโ€™ll only get discouraged and youโ€™ll most likely give up on your dreams.๐Ÿ‘Ž Days like this are most common reason why people give up. Because they push too hard, because it makes them not like the path theyโ€™re going, because it repels them from going forward.
Youโ€™re not feeling well? Donโ€™t push it. Have a day off and get back to your dreams tomorrow.
