SELF LOVE: Honey & cinnamon scrub

In winter our lips often get dry so it’s important to do lip scrubs from time to time! 😊
Today lets make honey & cinnamon scrub! 😀
You’ll need:
🔸️ 1/4 cup brown sugar (you can use regular sugar here or even salt but brown sugar is tastier!)
🔸️1 Tbsp. coconut oil (this can be substituted with any sort of oil such as almond, olive, etc.)
🔸️1 Tbsp. raw unfiltered honey (that pretend honey just won’t do)
🔸️1 tsp. cinnamon powder (you can even do ginger powder, nutmeg, or cloves.) …

➡️ Combine ingredients in a small bowl using a wooden spoon, mix everything well.
➡️ Transfer to a small glass jar with a lid.
➡️ To use: Rub a small amount onto your lips in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes.
➡️ Rinse (or you could just lick it off if you really wanted too…😃) off with a wet washcloth and feel the difference!…

SELF LOVE: Nutmeg & Cinnamon Face Mask 🧖‍♀️

These yummy spices not only smell amazing, but are naturally good for your skin ☺. Nutmeg has anti-inflammatory properties and can actually help to reduce pore size and diminish acne spots and scars. Cinnamon acts natural exfoliant and antiseptic. When these spices are combined with honey, it creates a skin healing mask.

⚠️ A word of caution though: Nutmeg can be harsh on skin — especially sensitive skin — so be sure to try the mask out on a small patch of skin before applying it all over.

Ingredients:
🔸️1 tablespoon of honey 🍯
🔸️1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
🔸️1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

Directions:
➡️ Combine all of the ingredients.
➡️ Apply to a clean face very gently in circular motions and be careful to avoid the eye area. Do not rub or scrub it in as it can easily cause irritation, especially if you have sensitive skin.
➡️ Leave the mask on for up to 20 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.

Things you need:
🔸️Cinnamon powder – (1/2) tablespoon
🔸️Lemon – 1 small 🍋
🔸️Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
🔸️Warm water – 1 cup 💦

🔸️Pour the cinnamon powder into the bottle.
🔸️Squeeze out the juice of the lemon and pour into it.
🔸️Add in baking soda.
🔸️Finally, pour warm water into the bottle and keep stirring the mixture with the help of a spoon until well combined. (You can also shake the bottle well by fitting the cap tightly.)

Once all the ingredients blend well together, set the cap on the bottle tightly and store it 🤗

This homemade mouthwash gives the best results when used every day in the morning 😉. You can brush your teeth followed by washing your mouth with this solution 👅. All you need to do is to shake the bottle well, take 1 to 2 tablespoons of the liquid (depending upon your tolerance) in your mouth and swish for a minute or so. Empty your mouth in a basin and swish plain water around it. Voila! 😁
