Getting through problems

This year has been tough 😖, not only Covid-wise but I’ve been robbed & tricked recently 🙄, my grandma passed away 🖤, I’ve lost some friends 💔, I’ve had plenty days when I felt powerless…
I cried a lot, been shuting everything away and been hiding at home 😶
:::
But I’m not telling you all this to make you feed sorry for me, no no. I’m telling you all this to show you that happy & positive people aren’t people without problems 😉. Happy & positive people are positive DESPITE their problems 💪
:::
Everyone has some problems, each one of us is battling with something but the key is to not give up, to get through it and stand up wiser and stronger 💪.
:::
I know I have learned a lot through my last experiences and definitely won’t make some mistakes again. You should learn from your problems and/or mistakes too! 😀
:::
Chin up, it will be all good! 😊
Just focus on the positive, throw some strawberries 😜 and enjoy life! 😊

Don’t take anything for granted!

We all tend to appreciate something more once we lose it 🤔. We miss a friend we’ve lost even though we found him/her so irritating when he/she was around 🤷🏼‍♀️. The second you lose something you realise how much you’ve liked and needed it yet you’ve never thought about it when you still had that thing with you 🤔.
:::
You probably never been grateful for being able to travel or to party or to simply go to a restaurant and to have a nice dinner, have you? Yet once we’ve lost those options last year we’ve realised how important those options are for us. To be able to see your friends, to see a band you love live or to simply leave your house without fear.
:::
I think 2020 and 2021 have taught us a lot, especially not to take ANYTHING for granted. We need to appreciate everything we own, every moment we experience, every day simply living 🙏
That’s the key to gratitude and to a happy life 💓
:::
So now as we’re slowly getting back to normality, as we’re slowly getting all the options to eat out, to see our friends, to travel again let’s all appreciate even more 🙏 Lets all appreciate that sip of coffee in a coffehouse that has been closed for months, lets all appreciate every step we take outside our houses we’ve been in for so long. Lets appreciate it all AND, what’s most important, lets make that feeling of appreciation and gratitude stick with us for good 🙏❤
Have a great week guys 😘

Spring time = time to bloom!

This autumn and winter has been tough but spring is finally here and you know what spring means? It is all about blooming, growing and basically starting new life! 🤗
:::
And it’s not only about trees, grass and flowers, no no! Having those couple tough past months behind us we are ready to leave it all behind and bloom! 🤗
:::
I’ve had plenty plans for 2020, I have even more plans for 2021 yet with all that stress and still not being able to find that energy back past-covid I’ve been powerless, lazy and tired all the time lately 😪
:::
But that’s ok! There’s still plenty of 2021 left so we can all still get back to working on our projects, pursue our dreams and reach our goals! 🤗
:::
Spring is here which also means that the day is longer, sun is shining and we get more vitamine D from the Sun so we should be more energetic and more willing to work! 😊
You just have to get up and take that 1st step! 😊
:::
So who’s with me? Who still wants to make 2021 great?
Let’s all grab that brush and paint our lives with energy! 🤗
And to be even more precise I am grabbing my special pen and starting working on my 2nd novel! Finally! 😊

Arguing

Coronavirus exists & is more dangerous than flu – have you had a fight about it already? 🙄

I have Covid-19 behind me already and I can tell that the virus is real & that it was worse than flu for me & I still do not feel 100% well.

And as I’ve been sharing my story and my advices to people on e.g. how to be tested, I had plenty people thanking me 🤗 (especially people in Poland as I explained exacty what to do to be tested) but I also had plenty haters laughing at me 🙄, telling me that it is all fake 😳, that it is all planned (God knows by whom 🤷🏼‍♀️), that people should not be tested etc

I’ve been talking to those people trying to explain to them that they’re wrong, they were explaining to me that I’m wrong and I just gave up 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just blocked them 🚫. Maybe we were both right on some level and the truth is somewhere inbetween or maybe we’re both wrong 🤷🏼‍♀️

But in the end ARGUING (OR ACTUALLY DISPUTING) IS GOOD & much needed as you need to get some other PERSPECTIVE from time to time 👍. You can’t just live in a bubble and surround yourself only with people who share your vision, who have same opinion, like same political party etc. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Sometimes you need to leave that bubble to gain perspective, to see the problems through somebody else’s eyes, to see that maybe a thing you’re fighting for isn’t as perfect/clear as you may think.

BUT at the same time there are people who just think that they know everything 🙄, who will never admit to being wrong (when you’re talking about facts and things that can be only one-sided) 🤦🏼‍♀️

You can keep giving them facts, showing them proofs that you’re right (e.g. some numbers or things you can measure) and they will just keep telling you you’re wrong 🤷🏼‍♀️

Just let go. You won’t convince them to your point of view just as much as you won’t ever be convinced to their 🤷🏼‍♀️
But never argue over taste or likes. We are all different and we all like different things 😉

In short – disputing is ok when both sides have respect towards one another and when we learn from each other👍. If people just stay stupborn or even call you stupid just block them. You don’t want needless fights 😉

Adventages of covid/lockdown situation

This year has been tough to all of us, for sure. We’ve been scared 😖, we’ve been anxious 🤯, we’ve been sad 😞, heartbroken of cancelled plans 💔 etc etc.
:::
But maybe there are some advantages of this situation too? 🤷🏼‍♀️
I’ve talked about it some time ago that Covid-19/lockdown taught us to appreciate what we got 🙏, taught us to appreciate our health and family ❤, it made us slow down and live day by day.
:::
But now, couple months later, I see some other adventages too 😀 We all were forced (in a way) to get to know our countries more, to travel within our borders 😁. You know the saying „the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence” 🌱– but what if it isn’t? What if you haven’t looked at your grass properly? ☺
:::
I’ve heard/seen so many stories even here, on instagram, of Polish people who always travel abroad for holidays and because of Covid-19 they were forced to stay in Poland for the summer so they visited some cities they’ve never been to and were totally charmed!😍
:::
I’ve read about an American girl who always goes to Greece for the summer and this year she couldn’t so she ended up doing a trip around the US visiting some of the states she’s never been to before and she fell in love with her own country! 🤩
:::
Another positive example is how this whole lockdown showed us that so many things can be done online 📩, that people don’t need to meet face to face all the time and e.g. go for a conference to another continent every couple months 🤷🏼‍♀️.
:::
Even at my work they kept telling us that we can’t work from home, that it is not possible to make it happen system-wise as we wouldn’t be able to use our systems from home and wouldn’t have access to common disks/folders 📂. Covid-19 happened and suddenly it was all possible and I’ve been working from home for 5 months now 😅
:::
I’m not saying that 2020 is a good year and that it is all great, of course it’s not. But let’s try and see some positives! 😊

2020 isn’t cancelled

2020 isn’t cancelled. 🚫 It is here to make us learn and create new reality ⚠️
:::
You know how after meeting some obstacle and overcoming it you come out of the situation stronger and wiser? 💪 How sometimes you need to lose something to appreciate what you’ve had in the first place? 🤔 How in difficult situations you learn who your real friends are? 🤝 That is 2020 to all of us.
:::
This year isn’t cancelled, no no, it might be the most important year yet. Because it will teach us A LOT 😎
It isn’t even half a year yet and we’ve already learned (got to appreciate it even more) what it means to be healthy 🙏 and to have a roof over our heads 🏡. We’ve got to appreciate our families even more ❤. People who have jobs got to see how lucky they are 💰. And, what’s most important, we got to unite as a society of one planet 🤝🌍. Not just about coronavirus and helping each other but also now, during #blacklivesmatter movement 👊🏾
:::
2020 is time to learn and evolve. It is time to set some new rules about hygiene, travelling and equlity 💪
:::
2020 is a beginning of a new, better world. If we do it right this might be beginning of greatest decade yet 🤗

These times will teach us a lot!

Not being able to plan anything now drives me crazy 😫 but those crazy times really can teach us A LOT! 😉
:::
Planning is my strenght 💪 Whenever I have a new dream to fulfill or new project I want to start working on I divide it into parts and plan it out throughout a week/month/year. Thanks to planning I know what step I need to make to be closer to reaching my goal. When I have everything planned I feel calm because I have it all under control, all „in order”. Now it’s all gone.
:::
We were supposed to go to Spain in April, obviously that didn’t happen but I’d still like to go ASAP. The question is when? 🤷🏼‍♀️ When will it be ok to travel? Who knows? Time will tell 🕰.
:::
But it’s not only about the travelling 🌍. Due to economic crisis that we’ll be dealing with right now we don’t know what we stand on financially 📉. Can I still go to Spain? Or should I keep all my savings as bad times might come – lower salary, maybe even losing a job? 🤷🏼‍♀️
:::
I wanted to focus on self-development this year. I wanted to do a photography course in the summer 📸 and go back to University in autumn to start doing another degree 👩‍🎓. It all costs though. Should I still do it?
:::
But let’s not panic ⚠️. These times are even more challenging than we all thought they’d be but they will teach us SO MUCH! 🤗
:::
I am sure we are all learning to appreciate what we have now. I might have tough times at work but I am still lucky to still be employed as so many people lost their jobs already 😞
:::
What’s more, we are learning to be more here & now, to focus on present and live one day at a time 🙏 as it is so hard to plan anything 😅. I am learning to stop planning far ahead and focus on present week and on what’s happening now.
:::
These times teach us to be always prepared for surprises, that you are never able to plan EVERYTHING out. They teach us to be patient 😇
:::
I am more than sure that we will come out of the lockdown wiser, stronger and more patient 💪. We just need to hold a bit longer. It will be all better soon! 😊
