Do you have your own morning routine? π€ Healthy morning routine is one of the things that all successful people have in common π.
:::
Plenty celebrities or people of business whoβve reached their goals revealed their secrets that they wake up very early (some of them at 4-5 a.m.) and they always start their day in the same way π β they meditate π§πΌββοΈ, they write in their journals β, they eat something healthy π₯, set their affirmations etc. π€
:::
Why is it so successful? π€¨ Because depending on your mindset you start your day with, the day can go either so-so or great π!
:::
If you set your mindset right, get into positive thinking and start your day with a smile on your face π you really can achieve more! Thanks to this positive energy youβll be less stressed and less willing to get annoyed quickly π, youβll be more creative and e.g. when you face a problem youβll look at it in a different way and will find solution for it quicker π, youβll have more energy to actually work and push your boundaries and so much more! π

SELF-LOVE: Breathing excercises
How’s your self-care time? π Do you put yourself first? π
Do you allow yourself to say ‘no’ to others and ‘yes’ to you and your needs? π€
:::
I gotta say that I have finally learned to do that this year π I started planning my days off and by planning I mean writing in my calendar “REST TIME – DO NOT PLAN/DO ANYTHING!” haha π
.
:::
But I’ve really started putting myself first too. I don’t feel bad rejecting some other plans if, e.g. a friend calls me on my day off to do something/party and I say “sorry, it’s me-time and I want and need to rest and spend some time by myself” π. If you say that to your friend and he/she doesn’tΒ understand it then he/she is not a friend! π
:::
I really cherish me-time and I tryΒ to have such a day at least once a month π
:::
How about you? Do you have enough of me-time? Do you spend some time alone just chilling and having some quality time with yourself? π€©
