You’ll need:
🔸️ ½ cup coconut oil
🔸️ 1½ – 2 cups sugar
🔸️ tbs peppermint extract
🔸️ 1 drop green food coloring

➡️ Warm up the coconut oil into liquid
➡️ Add sugar
➡️ Start by adding 1½ cups sugar to the oil, along with the peppermint extract and green food coloring.
➡️ Mix until ingredients are well combined and food coloring is evenly distributed.
➡️ If mixture is too wet, add another ½ cup sugar until scrub is to desired consistency.
➡️ Spoon scrub into air-tight containers (such as a mason jar) and decorate with twine or ribbon😊🎁

Avocado 🥑 is rich in vitamin E which helps moisturise your hair and make it thicker. The potassium, natural oils, carbohydrates and vitamins in bananas help soften and protect your hair from breakage 💪.

To make the mask:
➡️ 1. Mash together one medium-sized ripe avocado 🥑 and one small ripe banana 🍌.
➡️ 2. Add one tablespoon each of olive oil and wheat germ oil to this paste.
➡️ 3. Gently massage this mix into your hair, covering the roots and tips 🧖‍♀️.
➡️ 4. After 30 minutes, rinse with cold water and shampoo.

Instructions
➡️ Combine everything except for the raw honey and essential oils in a microwave safe bowl.
➡️ Microwave in 30-second increments for 1–2 minutes, until the oils and beeswax have completely melted. Alternatively, you can use a double boiler to melt your oils.
➡️ Place the bowl of melted oils in the freezer for about 2 minutes. When you take it out, the mixture should be solid around the edges but still liquid in the middle.
➡️ Stir for about 15 seconds until the mixture comes together almost like a thick batter.
➡️ Add the honey and essential oils. Stir again.
➡️ Spoon the balm into a lidded glass container, and pop it into the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool completely.Let the balm solidify before using 😚

If your skin is in need of exfoliation, pumpkin makes a bang-up base for a sugar scrub 😃. Mix together equal parts pumpkin puree and olive oil and add enough sugar until you have a thick slurry. In the shower gently rub all over with a washcloth or loofah, rinse then dry as usual.

This recipe comes from dermatologist Dr. Ted Lain via Huffington Post: Mix together one cup of pumpkin 🎃, two tablespoons of brown sugar, one tablespoon of honey 🍯 and a half cup of yogurt. (The sugar and yogurt are to exfoliate, the honey is a humectant.) Spread on to your face and let sit for 10 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry 😊

Ingredients:

🔸️5-15 drops of rosemary essential oil

Directions:
➡️ Place the Rosemary essential oil into the honey bottle and shake it up so that it’s mixed well
You now have Rosemary Honey Conditioner! 😀

To Use:
Squeeze out about 1 tbs of honey into your hands and spread on hair 🧖‍♀️. It is sticky so you may need to get your hair a bit more wet so that the honey can spread around.
Alternatively, you can squeeze 1 tbs of honey into 1/2 cup of water. Mix well and then pour this on your hair.

DIY Recipe #1 Homemade Strawberry Mask
🔸️8 – 9 Fresh strawberries 🍓
🔸️3 Tablespoons of honey 🍯
In a bowl, mash the strawberries with a fork until smooth.  Add in the honey and mix the ingredients together. Using clean hands or a sanitized brush, gently apply the mixture all over your face, avoiding the eye area 😊. Lie down and leave the mask on for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash it away with warm water, pat your face dry and follow up with your favorite toner and moisturizer.

➡️ 1. Cleansing mask
Pour 1/4 cup of hot water onto 1 tsp of green tea leaves 🍃. Brew it for 10min covered, strain it and wait for it to cool down. Mix 5 tbsp of green tea with 1 tbsp of oatmeal and a bit of honey 🍯. Apply it on your face for 10 min, then massage your face and neck. Rinse it. 🤗
➡️ 2. Mask for sensitive skin
Pour 1/4 cup of hot water onto 1 tsp of green tea leaves 🍃. Brew it for 5min, strain it and wait for it to cool down.Take 3 tbsp of green tea and mix it with 3 tbsp of corn flour and 1 tsp of lemon juice 🍋. Before applying it, wipe your face down with a tonic, put the facemask on for 20min later rinse it down with warm water 😊

Ingredients:
🔸️1 cup Cane or Brown Sugar
🔸️½ cup Ground Coffee
🔸️1 cup Coconut Oil room temperature 🥥

➡️ Combine cane sugar and coconut oil in small mixing bowl.
➡️ Add ground coffee to mixture. ➡️ Stir well. Add more ground coffee if desired.
➡️ Garnish with a sprinkle of ground coffee.

You will Need:
2 tablespoons bath salt
2 teaspoons oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking soda
2-3 tablespoons water 💧

Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a paste.
Apply the paste to your feet and scrub for 10 minutes 😁
