You don’t know what’s gonna happen. You don’t know how will people react 🤷♀️. Why would you imagine only negative situations then? We tend to overthink and worry about something not going well, about somebody not liking what we do… If you NEED TO imagine future situation, if you need to kind of predicts what’s gonna happen do it in a positive way! 😃 Not only you’ll worry less, have easier life, less stress etc but if you think of positive outcome, if you stay positive and believe in success you get more confident! 😉 And when you get more confident you are more like to succeed!

Don’t mind me asking but… how old are you? 🤔 Are you 20+? 30+? Older? If so, do you act for your age, are you mature and serious all the time? 🧐 You’re no longer a child so you have to be serious, responsible and definitely not spontaneus…. Wrooooong! 🚫👎🥱

Age doesn’t define us! 😉 I know plenty men who are almost (or already) 40 and act like 20 and that is not a bad thing! 🤪 Of course you need to be responsible and, if the situation requires that, serious from time to time but so you should be crazy, fun and wild! 🙃

I remember hearing a girl saying „I want to be a kid again, this was so much fun, now nothing is fun” once 🙄. Well… if this is what your life looks like then you made it this way!

Be crazy 🤪, be spontanous 😎, be passionate 🥰, be wild 🥴 – this is how you create memories! 😃 This is how you make life beautiful, fun and happy!

Go and dance in the rain 🌂, surprise your friend at his/her door with a bottle of wine 🍷 (even if he/she lives couple hours away), go to karaoke bar 🎤, play hide and seek 🤭, go to a cinema with a bag full of jellies to see a Disney movie 😜…. why not?

If there are any activities you liked as a child and you wish you could keep doing them just…keep doing them! 😃 Don’t let age, or actually not the age itself but the society pressure to BEHAVE YOUR AGE 🙄, stop you! Do whatever you wish! 🥰

I, for example, love being goofy with my husband and e.g. do funny faces 🤪 and voices or sing with high-pitched voice (our neighbours must hate us haha 🤣), I watch cartoons and I love it ❤, 90% of the time I want to be a businesswoman/boss babe/independent woman 💪 but 10% of the time I want to be spoiled, eat candy and watch silly romantic comedies 🤭 like a teenager… and that’s fine! 😀

You know when I trully realised that I’m happy? ☺ That I love my life? ❤ When I realised that I love all seasons!🥰

I used to be a really grumpy person, believe me 🙄, and couple years ago when you’d ask me what’s my favourite time of the year I’d say ‘none’. Because there was something bad in each season – too cold in winter 🥶, too hot in summer 🥵, too rainy in autumn ☔ and there’s be something wrong with spring too (I can’t even name now what would be wrong with spring haha! 😅).

Then some time later I started to love spring 🌸 and summer ☀️ but autumn and winter were still kinda depressing for me.

And this year, couple weeks ago actually, I realised that I’m excited about each season! 😊 I was really excited about spring when it came this year, about being able to have nice walks out, to watch flowers bloom etc. 🥰 Then I was really happy when summer came and we started taking even more walks, having some picnics out, lovely long evenings in our garden and I was kinda bumped to see it all end when September started but then I realised…oh my, oh my, it will be so beautiful now with all the leaves falling 🍂, with sweater weather, hot chocolate, sitting under a blanket… such a cozy and lovely time! ☺ And I’m excited about winter too! I hope that it will snow in Poland a lot too like it did last year! ☃️

Because it is all about mindset and seeing what’s good about something and not focusing on disadvantages of it😉. And it works with everything! You can see only disadvantages in your partner, point out why he’s not like prince charming 🙄, or you can focus on his good qualities like how he treats you, how he takes care of you etc. Same with e.g. your work – you can hate it and be unhappy everyday when you need to go to work or you can decide to see positives in it – e.g. that you like people working with you, that you like how your boss takes you seriously, that you love new challenges in it etc. ☺

It’s ok if you’re 30+ and still don’t know what you want to do in life. We all need time to figure out what is our true passion, what we really care about and what we’re good at. Take your time, try different things 😉

It’s ok if you’re 30+ and you’re still single and don’t have kids. Don’t rush into any relationship just to make the pressure that society puts on us go away. Keep looking for that prince/princess, keep evolving, keep blooming, your time will come 🌸.

It’s ok if you’re 30+ and you’re deep into marriage with several kids and no career. We all want different things and there’s no need to fill bad about not fitting into some ‘society standards’. Just be you, follow your instincts and do what you want with your life 🤷🏼♀️.

It’s ok if you’re 30+ and don’t have any academic degree, you’re not a doctor or a master in any field. Education is important but experience is more powerful and there’s no university that can teach you how to deal with problems 😉

Getting through problems
This year has been tough 😖, not only Covid-wise but I’ve been robbed & tricked recently 🙄, my grandma passed away 🖤, I’ve lost some friends 💔, I’ve had plenty days when I felt powerless…
I cried a lot, been shuting everything away and been hiding at home 😶

But I’m not telling you all this to make you feed sorry for me, no no. I’m telling you all this to show you that happy & positive people aren’t people without problems 😉. Happy & positive people are positive DESPITE their problems 💪

Everyone has some problems, each one of us is battling with something but the key is to not give up, to get through it and stand up wiser and stronger 💪.

I know I have learned a lot through my last experiences and definitely won’t make some mistakes again. You should learn from your problems and/or mistakes too! 😀

🔸️ 26. Be realistic. There is no person on this earth that is happy every single moment of every single day. You know why? Because we are all human 😉. The key is to stay positive DESPITE the negative situations 😀
🔸️ 27. Let go of past trauma and wounds. This can be a really tough one and it may be one of those times you need to turn to others for support. We don’t have to carry that around with us anymore. We deserve better 🤗
🔸️ 28. Find your happy place ❤. Where’s the one place you feel totally at ease, calm, happy, positive, high on life? Go to that place when you are going through hard times, or imagine yourself being there. Think about how it feels, what it smells like, what it looks like.
🔸️ 29. Remember that problems and/or tough situations make us stronger, wiser and better! We should learn from them and never give up! 😊
🔸️ 30. Have fun! 😜 Get out there and do the things that light your fire. Enjoy them, enjoy being you and enjoy your incredible life.
