โ€žSimply moving your body, has immediate, long-lasting and protective benefits for your brainโ€
– Wendy Suzuki, profesor of Natural Science and Psychology ๐Ÿ˜Ž
:::
Excercise will have both a positive chemical effect on your brain ๐Ÿง  reducing stress and improving mood as well as resulting in lasting positive benefits for the brain and body!
:::
It is scientifically proven that working out improves your mood and decreases feelings of depression, anxiety and stress ๐Ÿค—.
After a good workout session your body starts producing lots of endorphines โ€“ happy hormones ๐Ÿคฉ
:::
You feel proud and satisfied that youโ€™ve worked out and managed to make your muscles work = your mood is better ๐Ÿ˜Š
Your heart is beating fast so brings lots of blood and oxygen to your body and to your brain = your mind and memory works better ๐Ÿค“
:::
Working out regularly makes your body chage, you lose weight, your body gets firm and looks better, your have more endorphines in your body, your mind works better = youโ€™re happier ๐Ÿค—
ย

Believe me it is so hard for me to get up from a couch or desk andย workout, Iย almost never feel like it and need to force myself to do it but I ALWAYS feel soooo good afterwards โ˜บ
ย
So, have you worked out today?ย ๐Ÿ˜‰

Morning routine

Do you have your own morning routine? ๐Ÿค” Healthy morning routine is one of the things that all successful people have in common ๐Ÿ˜‰.
:::
Plenty celebrities or people of business whoโ€™ve reached their goals revealed their secrets that they wake up very early (some of them at 4-5 a.m.) and they always start their day in the same way ๐Ÿ˜Š โ€“ they meditate ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ, they write in their journals โœ’, they eat something healthy ๐Ÿฅ‘, set their affirmations etc. ๐Ÿค—
:::
Why is it so successful? ๐Ÿคจ Because depending on your mindset you start your day with, the day can go either so-so or great ๐Ÿ˜‰!
:::
If you set your mindset right, get into positive thinking and start your day with a smile on your face ๐Ÿ™‚ you really can achieve more! Thanks to this positive energy youโ€™ll be less stressed and less willing to get annoyed quickly ๐Ÿ˜‰, youโ€™ll be more creative and e.g. when you face a problem youโ€™ll look at it in a different way and will find solution for it quicker ๐Ÿ˜Ž, youโ€™ll have more energy to actually work and push your boundaries and so much more! ๐Ÿ˜€

And what is your morning routine? ๐Ÿค— I always start my day with โ€˜to-do listโ€™ check ๐Ÿง โ€“ seeing step by step what needs to be done that day, I drink warm lemon juice with honey ๐Ÿ‹ and get to work ๐Ÿ’ช! Be positive! · Self-evolving · Self-Love

Healthy balance

You know whatโ€™s one of my main rules in life? Healthy balance about EVERYTHING ๐Ÿ˜‰
:::
We live in crazy times where everybody is in a rush, everybody wants to be the best at something ๐Ÿ˜ฌ. Some people risk it all to get what they want. Is it worth it though? ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
:::
Iโ€™ve heard some people say that in order to be successful you need to totally limit your time off and focus on work ๐Ÿ˜ถ. That you need to drop Netflix, drop the time with your loved ones and spend every minute of your day self-evolving ๐Ÿ˜ That instead of watching a tv show on Netflix in the evening you should focus on broadening your skills, your knowledge and read a book ๐Ÿ“–
:::
I understand that in order to succeed you need to work hard and I totally agree with that ๐Ÿ‘ I highly encourage everybody to self-evolve, to learn new skillsโ€ฆ sure, that too โ˜๏ธ. But to limit your time off? ๐Ÿ˜• To never watch Netflix (apart from the fact that you can always learn something from a tv show/movie/documentary ๐Ÿ™„)? To never have propper leisure time? ๐Ÿ˜’
Na-ah ๐Ÿ‘Ž
:::
There needs to be balanceโš–. Not only you NEED TO REST regularly in order to rebuild your energy to work, to get new ideas ๐Ÿคฉ, to stay fresh ๐Ÿ™‚ but if you work your ass off and never rest youโ€™ll lose your motivation, lose your will to work and it will all become a torture for you and in the end when you succeed it wonโ€™t bring you any joy ๐Ÿ˜
:::
Another example are people who want to lose weight or muscle up and they work out every day or even twice a day ๐Ÿ™„. That ainโ€™t the way to do it ๐Ÿšซ. Muscles grow on your rest days! You need at least 1 day break from working out a week for the body to recharge and for your muscles to grow.
:::
You should make sure that thereโ€™s heathy balance โš– in every part of your life:
Between work ๐Ÿ’ป & rest ๐ŸŽฌ
Between working out ๐Ÿ’ช& regeneration ๐Ÿง–โ€โ™€๏ธ
Between your career ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป & private life ๐Ÿ’ƒ
Between the time youโ€™ve got for others ๐Ÿ‘ฅ and time youโ€™ve got for yourself ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
Between physical development ๐Ÿ’ช and mental development ๐Ÿง
Between caring about whatโ€™s important โš ๏ธ and ignoring whatโ€™s not ๐Ÿšซ
Healthy balance is the key, believe me ๐Ÿ˜‰
