5 tips how to have more energy!

Check out my Smiley Advent Calendar on Instagram to see how to make 3D stars out of paper, gnomes out of wool, vintage decoupage Christmas ornament and more!
There are so many great ideas for homemade Christmas decorations!!! Are you making some? What do you have ready for Christmas already? Or maybe you’re missing energy this winter? 😔
Here’s 5 tips that you need to practice to get more energetic! 💪
Good morning routine is very important! You could start with a glass of fresh squeezed lemon with hot water & honey (that’s what I do) 🍋, maybe try yoga to calm your mind 🧘‍♀️ or jogging to boost your energy! 💪
You can combine nr 1 with nr 2 but if you don’t have the time to move your body in the morning do it in the afternoon/evening! Go for a walk, hit the gym or simply do couple fitness excercises at home 💪
That’s probably the most important rule ⚠️. You NEED TO provide good nurtitous food to your organizm so that it can change it into energy 💪
Drink at least 2l of water per day! Remember, your body is made 78% of water so you need to keep that number!
Go for walks whenever you can, especially when the Sun is out! It is very important to get at least 20min of sunlight per day to get vitamine D into your body 🌞

Merry Christmas! Be here & now

There couldn’t be a better day for self-love day than Christmas Eve! 😁 Now you have no excuses but to slow down, to focus on here & now, to be PRESENT 😉🎁
Which time are you most present in normally? 🤔 Deep into the past, fully soaked into memories, remembering good old days 💭; in the present focusing on present moment and present emotions or in the future 🔜, constantly planning what to do next 📅, creating ‘to do’ lists for upcoming day/week/month? 🤷🏼‍♀️
If you’re in the past or in the future, do everything you can to change that and to go… BACK TO THE PRESENT! 🔙 You won’t enjoy Christmas or, for that matter, your whole life, if you’re not present here & now! 😉 You won’t be happy and calm if you’re constantly somewhere in the past in your mind or constantly running towards future! 🤷🏼‍♀️
Notice what’s happening around you NOW ⬇️, what’s the taste of the meal you’re eating, what does it smell like in the room, what do you feel…be here & now! 🤗
I gotta say that lately I’ve been constantly in the future – planning upcoming posts, upcoming days, weeks…I’ve been deep in December in my mind since the end of October as I’ve been planning and preparing everything for Smiley Advent Calendar 😅 Constantly couple days ahead of myself. STOP! 🛑 This is not how it should look like and I can’t wait for Christmas to stop it all and to just be present 😍. To rest and not plan anything. To concentrate on Xmas meals and their taste, to smell the Xmas tree, to be here & now 🤩
Merry Christmas all! 😘 Enjoy this day and as they say „stop and smell the roses”. 🤗

Be positive!

Be fair!

You know the saying – treat others how you want to be treated, right? It also works the other way round 😉 – expect from others what they can expect from you.
Don’t expect somebody to be honest with you if you’re not honest with them ⚠️
Don’t expect somebody to hear you out if you don’t listen to them. ⚠️
Don’t expect somebody to help you if you never help them. ⚠️
Be fair!
Don’t be surprised that somebody isn’t telling you some secrets or personal things if you don’t share some personal stuff with them or if you can’t keep a secret 🤷🏼‍♀️. Would you tell them a secret of yours if you’d know that they’d tell it everyone around? 🤔
Then when somebody is telling you something personal or confessing of their problems don’t reply with „Ahh, that’s nothing. My situation is even worse…” 🙄 or ‘fight’ over who is in worse situation „You’re tired? Believe me, I’m more tired!” 😏 Nobody likes that! Let him/her talk, hear them out 👂and then when they’re finished and are ready for some advices you can compare their situation to yours, tell them what helped you, how you’re dealing with such situation etc but don’t make it about you. 😉 Let this moment be about him/her, focus on your friend and let them feel heared out. Your time to confess and complain about your sitation will come, don’t worry 😉
And finally, don’t expect somebody to help you if you’ve never helped them! Why would they do that? 🤔 It should work both ways! E.g. at work – ask somebody to do something for you but also offer to do something for them from time to time 😉
Let’s all treat each other how you’d like to be treated, be fair with others and never let a relationship work only one way 🙏

Xmas season

It’s Xmas season 🎄. It’s that time of the year when most people stop their work, their hectic life to breathe, to cherish their families, their life 🙏.
We should be helpful to one another 🙏. We should all be happy and festive 🤗. Please don’t be one of those people who run like crazy through shops to buy some gifts last minute 😅. Don’t shout at cashiers cause there’s a mistake on a price or because there’s a long queue. It’s such a magical time, really! 😍Try and cherish it 🙏.
If you’re buying gifts last minute then it’s your mistake, not those poor cashiers’. Don’t take it off on them. Be helpful. Make it a happy time 🤗. :::
Xmas season should be magical, not about fights over a last toy in a supermarket or yelling at others who take your parking spot when you’re in a hurry 🤷🏼‍♀️. If you do not like Holiday season, if you hate buying gifts that’s fine but don’t ruin this festive time for others 🙏.
I know plenty people who countdown to Xmas as soon as summer ends cause they love it so much ❤. I know plenty people to whom Holidays is the only time when they can slow down, stop thinking about work and spend lovely time with their families❤. Some of us even see their families only for those couple days a year. Remember about those people before you make a scene in a supermarket 🙏.
Don’t be egoistic. If you don’t care about that time, that’s fine but let others have the best time of the year. Try to understand that it can be important to others, that some love shopping and buying gifts, love hearing carols everywhere around and hate those people who say „Oh no, not that song again!” 😅.
Cherish that time, it only come once a year! 😊

Boxing Day!

It’s Boxing Day!
Key to happiness is appreciating what you have. Lower your expectations. This is what i keep saying: “I prefer to expect less to be happily surprised than to expect more and be disappointed”. Try it! It’s better to be happily surprised than disappointed. Works with presents too 😉
Cherish what you got 🙏
